The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Everyone is kind and sincerely caring; and each one takes the time needed with each customer to make sure all questions are addressed. With the "big box" mentality pharmacies taking over the industry, the staff at Link Pharmacy sets the bar for exemplary personalized customer service.

Update 2/24:
Since posting my review I was contacted by the manager, who was very pleasant, at the Lake Forest location and reached out to me and my doctor to get my prescription going. Once we discussed everything I received my prescription within a few days. I wish it didn’t have to take me posting an initial 1-star negative review for someone to finally reach out and get things squared away. In any event, my situation was resolved and would recommend doing business with the Lake Forest location rather than the Whittier.
Original Review Posted: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My doctor recommended I use this pharmacy for my BC so I registered on their site and never received any type of confirmation. My doctor relayed to me she called in my prescription but never heard from Link Pharmacy. I tried calling the Whittier location and the girl who answered said she has no record of my registration or my prescription and to call the Lake Forest location and hung up. I called the Lake Forest location and the girl relayed the same information, they have no record of my registration or my prescription and asked for my Dr's information so she could call and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me for over a month and I'm out of medication. I suggest trying another mail order pharmacy. Link Pharmacy is the worst. I'd rather wait in the long lines at Walgreens or Rite-Aid because at least I know I'll get my medication.

I had an exceptional experience with Link Pharmacy over the phone. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable, providing me with all the information I needed about my prescription. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they took care of everything, ensuring a seamless process. I am grateful that my sister recommended them to me, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable pharmacy.

Wow I’ve been changing pharmacies for the past 2 years and I think I finally found home. Don and Kenny have been extremely exceptional with their vast knowledge on all sorts of medications I take. I would always come in when they are piled with work yet these two gentlemen and the rest of the staff always treated me like family and that my conditions do matter. Thank you Link Pharmacy team, you guys have been a blessing!!!

I received excellent advice from the pharmacist after beginning a new medication prescribed by my doctor. He helped me understand what to expect as I began using this new drug. Appreciate the prompt receipt of my medication each month without needing a call from me.

The pharmacist here is very knowledgeable about all my questions and also professional with her work. I transferred all my prescription including my husband and kid’s to them and it has been two years since then and we are very satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Link Pharmacy to my neighbors and friends!

Stay away from this place. They screw EVERYTHING up. The children that work here are horrid. I can't believe the level of ineptitude that is allowed to exist here. I demanded that my Doctor not send any of my prescriptions here.

The male pharmacist are creepy towards the female staff and will make super weird comments towards them. Some have already quit solely because of it
