I found what turned out to be this worst dump salon while visiting a great shoe repair shop next-door. Stay far away because I witnessed first hand their only three customers treated badly while I was there waiting for 50 insane minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Poor customers being ridiculed by the owner and then I experienced the same. (One lady brought a picture of a style she wanted and politely asked the owner to leave it a little longer than the photo...the owner EXPLODED like a crazy person and kept yelling at the poor customer the entire time). And she even kept yelling about the situation to me after the poor customer left the salon. It made me sad as I could tell the customer was sad but stayed quiet. Another gal who was getting a manicure & pedicure requested to have had her toenails repainted by a different person (it was a super nice gentleman who was also working that day) because she said the owner did a horrible job only 20 minutes beforehand. Such poor service as they speak very ill to ALL their customers blatantly & loudly in both their own language and also in English. They are so ignorant and rude that they scold and speak down to customers in English. I am equally horrified with the garbage manicure & pedicure I was given. (Look at the photos from a few hours later on the VERY SAME day after I left the salon. (I will spare you how horrible my toenails looked). I called the very next morning and owner told me to come back as she would fix it no problem. I came back and not only did the owner complain, she started scolding me and telling me it was my fault and I needed to get a gel manicure. She then requested one of her employees to repaint my nails who also started going absolutely crazy and yelling at me and throughout the entire salon in her language. I've been getting consistent manicures & pedicures for over 40 years and have never had this issue but worse of all never experienced such a circus. All the nails on my fingers and toes were incorrectly filed and I was told at my regular salon that this was why the nail polish was not adhering. When I went to get my nails repainted, they went ballistic yelling at me in front of other customers. I will not allow that crazy treatment and I am not surprised to see these horrible reviews they have. While at the original appointment, I was also told that I had "too much cuticle for her to cut" and that my "legs were dry". Does that sound the least bit normal??? Especially as this is the profession they chose? Naturally, I was horrified and cannot believe I gave them another chance and wasted my time going back to these monsters. After being berated, I abruptly left the salon as I couldn't believe I properly paid for a service in which I got horrible results and insanity from the owner and her employee. Both the owner and her female employee were so angry they were beet color red on their face; their veins were pulsating; their noses were flaring and their eyeballs were bulging. I hope they receive the mental therapy they need because it was the craziest experience I have ever had in my life. Stay very far away, so that you are not their next victim of crazy. (And of course to not receive horrible service because they obviously do not know what they are doing and angry they have to work.) My friend works in the area and told me nobody goes there because the reviews are horrible and customers complain about this place all the time.

I went in to get a brazilian blowout and Pearly was really great in explaining the procedure and how to mantain and take care of it afterwards.Im really grateful for the explanation or I would have messed it up. She is really friendly and did an amazing job. Im excited since my hair is curly and frizzy now I will be able to enjoy smooth hair for a couple months. Thank you Pearly.

I had a full set dip French nails and I love them. Pearl is super fast and they are good quality. My nails usually lift quickly and these didn't. Would definitely recommend.

My husband have been coming to this salon for years. This place is a one stop shop, they do everything, hair, nails, wax etc. I came here with my husband and Pearl noticed that my nail had a fungus. I used to go to a high end nail salon in Irvine Spectrum and they gave me fungus! I was so furious. Pearl was so kind to tell and me that my nail has fungus. She even gave me medication to treat it before its too late. She is very caring. She is also very hard working woman. This will now be my go to place, for hair, nails and everything. Thank you Pearl.

On here (google maps) says they open at 9 and waited a whole hour finding out they opened at 10. Maybe they need to edit they’re hours
