Friendly service. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. Reasonable prices. Reasonable hours. Clean premises outside and inside. They have a gated lift for each building making it much easier to move items to the second floor. They have available dollies and flat carts to use.

I have been very pleased with the whole experience at Lake Forest self storage. Lisa is Very competent and helpful as well as being watchful of the property. This might be a small thing, but the restrooms and entire area have been kept very clean and as much appreciated. Thank you, Lisa.!
