I'm going to Mimi for my hair for about 8-9 years. I am very particular about my hair and went to so many places before finding Mimi and never was happy with the results. But as soon as I found Mimi, I never went anywhere else. I've done cut, color,Brazilian blow out and eyebrows waxing for all this years with Mimi. She is very accommodating and meticulous. if you are as fussy as I am about everything this is the place and a person to go. One thing this place needs is a good nail person. Except that it is amazing.

I've been coming to Mimi for about 5 years now. I definitely recommend her. She does a great job, she is always on time, and she is very friendly. As soon as my daughters were old enough, I got Mimi to cut their hair too.

Mimi was amazing! We did a balayage and she gave me exactly the color and haircut I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

If I could give Mimi a negative star I would based on her terrible customer service. She charged me $75 for a root touch up on black hair. Not only did she stain my whole forehead but then processed to dye her own hair as well while having a new client NOT professional! I would stay away from this place unless you wanna get ripped off.

Mimi provides the best haircuts. Everytime I come home from a haircut my girls always tell me my hair looks nice. She always works with my schedule and is always so happy to see me. Men, if you need a good haircut go here.

I took my daughter here to get a "wolf cut" hair style with the shaggy/layered look. She came out with a bob cut and hated her look so I had to take her somewhere else to get the style she wanted. My daughter said she looked like a "Karen". I was disappointed because I spent a lot of money to get her hair colored and cut. Obviously the hair dresser did not understand modern hairstyles or how to layer. Will NOT be coming back here. Disappointed!

Hands down one of the best hair salon in in lake Forest, I had appointment with Mimi, she is great, she understood very well what hair color I wanted and did great job for Brazilian blowout, highly recommend.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO REQUEST ANN WHEN YOU BOOK APPOINTMENT AT THIS PLACE! She is friendly, nice and very VERY detailed ( Must be repeat that again for the people in the back!). Their salon is very clean, and most importantly they follow Covid-19 guidelines extremely strict to keep their customers safe, and their environment to be germ-free(which credited another point in my heart) Talking about the price, their prices are clear and reasonable. They would not charge you any hidden charges without telling you like other places do.
