Store was messy and not organized. Employee could use more customer service training. Or maybe you will receive better service if you are Caucasian, like how we were ignored while the other customers received helped.

The bathroom is disgusting! I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station! Michaels has better stuff anyway. Really disappointed in this location.

We always have a pretty good experience here. We especially like the fabric area. The ladies who work in this area are nice and helpful.

This store is understaffed and unorganized. Went in to buy sewing needles. Asked 3 employees and none of them sew???? Really. Then they laughed about it. Hummmmm!!!

I called the store to see if I can exchange a damaged an online purchase at the store. The lady was not helpful and questioned how I can say product was damaged when it came in the packet. Very rude..

I've stopped coming here because the old lady at the cutting counter and the old lady at the register are both so rude and unhelpful. I cant even ask for help because I feel intimidated, like I'm going to get yelled at. It's always like a hostage situation, never coming back here.

Just left this location putting everything I intended on purchasing back because the sales associates tried to rush me out of the store saying they were closed at 5:55. Even if it was 6 o'clock I was in shopping before closing and was on my way to the register. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will take my business to Michael's or Hobby Lobby from now on.

I stood in no line..I was at the front, for over 10 minutes..listening to 2 men behind the counter, shoot the breeze and totally ignore me. One girl at the other end of the counter was waiting on 2 other customers..working 2 check out registers...I finally shoved my fairly full cart aside and left...probably 75 plus dollars worth of flowers...Joanns can go to work on hiring men who actually WORK....

Clean and well stocked but employee attitude stinks every time we go. You can tell they don't want to be there and could care less about the customer.

I drove all the way to the Foothill Ranch store looking for fabric for blankets that I was making for 10 girls. I asked to have the fabric cut in 7 individual pieces I was told No (by the way the Lake Forest Store happily cut three of them for me). And then when I told the lady at the counter that the other Joann’s did it for me. She said “we don’t do that”. Then I was told by the lady I NEEDED TO FIGURE OUT THE TOTAL AMOUNT I NEEDED! I said “Excuse me?” Then she walked away. If I didn’t need the fabric I would have left.Customer Service is a Lost Art!Did I tell you there wasn’t anyone anywhere near the cutting counter let alone in the fabric area.
