My brother brakes literally fell off and there was no way of moving the vehicle without endangering people. These people kept kicking him off the public parking saying it was their parking. He was already stressing enough he wasn’t able to fix his car in order to go home to his kids, these people are just rude telling him he can’t park there of course he’s not parked there by choice he had to. Disrespectful behavior and lack of empathy honestly.

DO NOT COME! brought a prepped steel oil pan to get a steel drain plug welded and was told he won’t do it cause I can’t do the engine swap that has been done for 20 years, then said he won’t weld it cause I should use brass to weld the steel plug on, completely incompetent and couldn’t do a simple 10 min at the most job

I don't understand how they stay in business. They have a reputation for shady business such as putting cheaper parts on or just not doing services they said they will. We were sold an engine from them that turned out to be completely messed with to hide all the issues with it. Then I found out from friends that have gotten ripped of by them as well. I don't know how you keep someone like this accountable. I hope people read reviews first as we should have.

I dropped off my car for few minor things to be done such as oil change and brake pads as well as tire rotation and I couldn't believe how fast these guys were.they had everything done so quick and in a meantime they treated me so good.Their prices were awesome and great customer service so I highly recommend these guysServices: Vehicle Inspection

Horrible service. I had been going here for 2-3 years but about 6 months ago I had an oil change done (that’s it). Immediately after I got my car back the same day I hear something hitting the ground over curbs and coming out of parking lots. Within 2 days while on the toll road nearly my entire undercar aluminum shield (whatever you call it) was dragging on the ground. When I called to tell them what they caused they took absolutely no responsibility, told me the part would take months to come in and had the nerve to tell me I would be paying for it. I just wanted it done so I didn’t argue and told them to call me when it comes in and they confirmed that they were ordering it. 2 months go by with no update whatsoever so I call and someone speaking in Spanish answered. I kept asking for someone who can speak English and they hung up on me. Now it’s been about 6 months and I haven’t heard anything so I called a Honda dealership that had it in stock and am currently having them replace it today.They think it’s ok to treat a repeat customer of about 3 years this way so just imagine how they would treat a new one. I had also referred friends there myself as the shop was referred to me from a friend.The repair costs are $200 so thanks for making an oil change cost $250 at the end of the day. It’s cost you a lot more considering that my referred friends as well as myself will never give you our business again. My hope with this review is that anyone reading it chooses to go elsewhere.

I've been coming to this place all my life, im 28 years. My family has been coming here since it opened. Mateo was like family, may he rest in paradise. The shop still runs strong. Alex is amazing, he recently maintaince a leak, and changed my brakes on my 2003 Mazda. It runs and brakes like a champ now. I will continue to do service with them for as long as their around. I love these guys, i recommend highly!

Had my resonators and muffler removed everything was great fast forward a few weeks I realized he never gave me my parts back. I go to the shop to retrieve my parts and I was told they were scrapped… my $700 in Audi exhaust parts were scrapped… or sold most likely. My fault for trusting a stranger but as a mechanic you do not get to perform services and then keep your customers parts that’s absolutely shiesty and ridiculous. I’ve had other muffler shop package my parts and return them in my trunk. This probably flys with the cheap vehicles they usually work on but you cannot take expensive car parts from people. Nice vehicles stay away! Edit: just had work done at another shop jmc used pipes smaller diameter than my oem exhaust pipes and welded them in they used normal pipes to replace my mufflers and the wrong pipes up where my resonators were so I wouldn’t see them. absolutely horrible

Mateo and Alex are honest, friendly, and do a great job on any repair at a super reasonable price.
