I've used this car service over 30 years, increased costs were for substantiated per CPI. Personal are highly trained, courteous, and responsive to customers needs or concerns... Mike, owner, is a terrific business person, community business representative and overall, great guy...

Their business works by people dropping off their cars and picking it up later In the day. As a new customer I was never told it would take a wait time of 7 hours just to look at my car for a few minutes and say they couldn't find anything and that it was essentially safe to drive for the time being. I ended up getting my car towed the next time I drove it because of the wheels locking up, which was frustrating for previously mentioned reasons. They didn't charge me for taking a look at the car and filled my flat tires which was nice at least.

This shop offers good honest repairs at a reasonable price. I stopped into the shop without an appointment. As I waited, patiently, my automobile was expertly aligned. Two other alignment shops with state of the art Hunter alignment racks weren't able to align my 2023 model due to unavailable software. This shop aligned my car the good old fashioned way. Nice job gentlemen!

My wife's Infiniti was having trouble so she brought it into the dealer. They assessed the car and told her she needed a new transmission and that the cost was $6500. We took the car to Irvine Europeans based on a referral from Fix Auto Collision in Lake Forest. They said if it truly was the transmission it would be $4500. We took the car there. They had it for a week to assess all the issues. It wasn't the transmission. $1400 later we have our car back with no issues. We actually just drove it to and from Phoenix, Arizona where one of our sons had a baseball tournament. No issues. Everyone jokes about having a great lawyer, a great plumber and a great auto mechanic. I am a great lawyer. Irvine Europeans are great at working on your car. Anyone have a plumber??? All seriousness, my wife and I know nothing about cars. I never got into them to know the difference of what one part is to another. These guys are Irvine Europeans were very helpful, knowledgeable and always kept us informed. Most importantly, they were fair with us and treated us like family. I can't recommend them any more than to tell you that any time we have an issue with a car we are bringing it here. Address: 22741 Aspan St, Lake Forest, CA 92630 Phone: (949) 951-3700

Scott, Mike and the team are outstanding. We have them work on our BMW 325CI and our Lexus RX330. I had a troublesome oil leak on the engine. They picked up my car at my work and gave me a loaner vehicle. The found a seal above the cam was leaking on the valve cover. They repaired the car at a reduced cost. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired. Highly recommend them. Reasonable prices.Services: Engine repair

As with any automotive repair shop, you want to feel as though you can trust your mechanics to tell you what really needs to be fixed on your vehicle and not overcharge for unnecessary repairs. I can tell you that I completely trust Irvine European auto with all 4 of my vehicles. They have saved me thousands of dollars and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

The crew at this place of business are extremely rude, I have never been treated so badly. They act like there better than everyone. I have never been treated this way by any business. It's like I was a inconvenience to ask for help. I only put the one star so I could post review, they deserve no stars.

The check engine light came on in my 2010 Audi. The dealer quoted me $10,000+ for a repair for a cracked manifold, new brakes and rotors, and a few other minor repairs. I called Irvine European and Mike helped me determine that the repairs suggested by the dealer were not urgent, and low and behold my check engine light went off on its own a couple days later. Flash forward a few months and I need a smog check so I decide to get all the work done. Irvine European got everything done in only a couple days, and at an incredible price. THANK YOU IRVINE EUROPEAN!

My car was jerking and I was suspecting of misfire. They run the codes and found ABS sensors and a major leak on the gas tank. They did not even take my car for a drive to feel the jerking/ stuttering.

My car was jerking and I was suspecting of misfire. They run the codes and found ABS sensors and a major leak on the gas tank. They did not even take my car for a drive to feel the jerking/ stuttering. They replaced the gas tank cap for $130 (yes, and it costs only $30 online) and the problem was not solved. They offered me to replace the plugs but not because they found it would solve the problem, but they thought was about time to replace. I decided to buy an OBD scanner online (cheap, $15) and I scanned the codes myself. Guess what? Found misfire on cylinder 3!!! So I bought the spark plugs in a auto parts store and replaced myself. The car is running smoothly now. The managers were super professional and polite, but the fact a simple issue of misfire due to old spark plugs was not detected and solved right of the bat, made me give this shop 2 stars only. Also the fact they sold me a gas tank cap that I did not needed!

Great independent shop for your European car. I've had them replace the clutch on my 911, and recently picked up a 2010 MB E550 with the V8. Great car but had a couple things to address. Service manager Scott is great to work with and updated me 3 times during the day. They went above and beyond by repairing the COMAND controller wheel which had a broken internal shaft. Great 4-wheel alignment, full service, etc all done in 1 day and under $500. It would have been 3x that cost at any MB dealer. Good feeling when you can trust your European auto mechanic! 5 stars on quality and price.
