“My wife and I have stayed here 2 times. We had a great experience both times we stayed. Rooms were clean and cozy, excellent complimentary breakfast and the staff is amazing. Friendly, curious and accommodating to all of our request. Especially Luis, he helped us several times and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place.”

“The front desk was extremely friendly. The beds were comfy! Everything was spotless and the breakfast was hot and yummy:) would definitely stay here again.You should not though that there is no hot tub but a pool. And also, you have to pay for parking. 19 dollars??‍♀️”

“I happened to be here on the second Tuesday of the month when they hold their guest appreciation event, and got to know some of the hosts. They are an awesome team. It is unusual for a hotel like this to do an event of this nature, with good food and great music, and I really appreciate it.Is this hotel perfect? “Stayed here for just under a month for a work trip. The place is great. Great staff and awesome rooms. The breakfast in the mornings I miss a ton. I was working night shift mostly and would sleep most of the day and I never had a problem with it being to loud. I actually feel homesick for the place ♥️Food & drinks: Breakfast is great”

“This is our 3rd week at Sonesta Lake Forest and I can only recommend it.As I knew we would be staying here for a month, I wanted a place that’s quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and safe, some fast food restaurants are 2 blocks away and the nearest grocery store is just a 5-min drive (30 min walk).The rooms are very clean and spacious with new furniture and carpet. We are staying in a King Suite (one bedroom), both the living room and bedroom has a TV with lots of channels (even HBO) and USB, HDMI outlets in case you want to connect your laptop to them. Wifi is fast, I have video calls every day from my room and it always works fine.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there is no oven but the stovetop, microwave oven, toaster, coffee and tea maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, plates, cups, bowls, pans and pantry cabinets are enough to make meals and feel like you’re in an apartment, not a hotel room.The bed is comfortable, the bathroom suprisingly big with a tub, they even have body wash, shampoo and conditioner so you don’t need to buy/bring your own.The gym has several machines and laundry is $3 through an app, which isn’t that expensive. You can request which day you want your weekly housekeeping (they do a great job!), and you can get clean towels and sheets any time at the front desk. The staff is amazing, Chris, Alrich, Alex, Vivi and the others are all very friendly and always helpful.Money saving tip: as in every hotel, there are taxes you have to pay, but ask about pricing directly from the hotel for your dates, they may have better prices or discounts than on other sites.As you can tell, I’m enjoying staying at this place, you won’t find a better, safer, cleaner and still affordable extended stay hotel in OC!”

“The Extended Stay America Hotel of Lake Forest, California has been a really nice, safe and very clean and affordable living situation for me. I like how the people who work within the building are non-judgemental and courteous. My stay so far has been beautiful.

Walkability: There's a nice shopping ? center across the street with a Shell gas station and fast food and even a Home Depot!

“We were visiting two parks and this hotel was in between both of them making it easier for us to drive around.
They serve a nice breakfast where a chef cooks eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, etc. many varied everyday.
The rooms were clean and all the amenities worked. We stayed here three nights and it’s quiet every night.
The parking could be disappointing because there are over 50 spots of compact cars and about 15 for trucks. The parking area may need a redesign to accommodate more larger vehicles like minivans and SUVs.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and amenities like refrigerator, microwave, tv all work.”

“Very nice place. Looks to have been remodeled. Rooms are good size. Lots of modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again. Only negative was we thought breakfast was till 10, it was 9. We got our food but the person started putting things away before everyone had left. They usually don't do that.”
