customer service is horrible, i called before i came in and the arab man up front told me a cheaper price over the phone and when he saw me he thought he could charge me double of the original price, then proceeded to curse me out when i told him what he said over the phone. he is sloppy and disgusting to look at, i don’t think he should be representing your store if you are looking to keep your customers returning happily

I bought a caliber Vape kit there a couple of months ago. It worked great until recently. It wouldn't charge. I took it in today and the worker there said that I was on my own to return it to the manufacturer. After talking to him, he conferred with the owner and gave me a new Vape. He said they don't normally do this, but it was still under warranty. His name is.Arya. He was very helpful, understanding, and took care of me. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Thank you.

I initially liked this vape shop, but after several visits I think I'm done coming here. They don't stock any of the juices I vape, and they don't have the coils my vape mod uses. The lady that's always working here is nice enough, but never smiles and doesn't seem to know much about the products in general. I went to 2 other vape shops tonight, and they were both way better than this one. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this shop is just not up to par. Plus, they're a little pricey.

I have been a customer here for more than 4 yrs now. Everytime I go in to buy something - tanks, mods, juice I found the staff in store to be very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to return something for the first time here. I had bought Naked Lava flow juice last week. I have bought the same juice multiple times before and have never had a problem. But this time this bottle of juice had absolutely no flavor. Just plain bland smoke but had nicotine. Not very enjoyable obviously. So I took the bottle back. The guy at the store wouldn't even check the juice, didn't care that the batch of juice he's selling could be a bad batch... Nothing. He simply said there's nothing he can do since the bottle was opened. Well, I wish I had super powers to check if the juice had flavor even without opening it. Unfortunately I don't. This is really crappy customer service. I hate stores that sell stuff they are not willing to stand by. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place needs to revisit their policies and customer service.

This place has an amazing selection, the staff are very helpful and helped me with picking the best product based on my preferences and their personal experience. The prices are also amazing! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great selection of vapes at amazing prices.
