The entire experience from purchasing my tool box online, to picking it up from the Lake Forest branch, to getting help loading the tool box in my truck from associates Jeffrey and Tony from tool rentals. Great customer service!

This Home Depot has the worst stock and variety of stuff. Worst part is the service inside is minimal so you are on your own trying your best to find something. My one goal is to work at Home Depot when I'm older so I don't have to talk to people and never be around. ALSO WHEN DID THEY START CLOSING AT 9pm!? El Toro it is.

Overall good experience, EXTREMELY helpful only thing is the employees hovering but by the end of trip we had over 7+ employees ask us if "we needed help finding anything ", definitely the place to go if you need help

This home depot has awesome customer service. I rented equipment here and the staff offered to teach me how to use what I was renting. The manager walked by us and greeted us asking how were doing. The team working over by the check out area seem to always be in a good mood. The staff in the paint section...super helpful and nice. I've been here a couple times already and every time I'm here, there's always a positive experience. This is the BEST Home Depot I've ever been at.

I want to say Thank You to Home Depot, for hiring nice, helpful and knowledgeable people. In particular I appreciate the help that Luke in the Rental Department at this Foothill Ranch store gave me with my relatively new weed wacker. I had re-strung, only to have the whole string compartment come off of the device. While I had found You Tube videos that helped me figure out how to restring it (which wasn't exactly easy for a new user), I had no clue how to have the whole string mechanism attach securely to the device. I took it in pieces to the store, pretty embarrassed and upset that I couldn't figure it out. The first employee I found I asked if he could help, and he said, "I'm afraid I can't as I have never owned one, but I know who can, the Rental Department. They put things together all day long". There wasn't much time left as the store was closing soon, but Luke said he'd work on it, and if he wasn't able to fix / figure it out, then the next morning, there would be another tech there who would. Before I made it back home he called and had fixed it so I returned to pick it up. He showed me what tool to use and how to secure it in the future. When I asked what the charge was, he said no charge. You can't ask for better than that, kindness, great service, showing me how and what to do in the future without even a charge!

there is a gentleman in this branch called Mike he is awesome and very helpfu and carin. He knew every thing about what i asked for or he searched me up other stores to fond out where sal what i need. thanks Mik for your patience and help

9/13/2023 around 10am I came in to pick up an online order for my boss at this location. The service here is usually pretty average, I was helped at the desk by a new hire I think her name was Deanna, she was a great help! On my way out I was stopped by a man named Oscar towards the commercial check out, he asked if I had any proof I had paid for my items. I showed him the label from the online order and he said that was not enough and accused me of trying to steal.. I was embarrassed in front of all the the customers.. he had to call other employees to come scan the labels and then got out of my way so I could load. I tried to brush this off but then another customer came up to me and said Oscar does this to him every time he is at this location, but was scared to talk to management because his English wasn't very good and was afraid his complaint would just be overlooked. I did not speak to management but I am leaving them a much needed review mentioning their employee Oscar.

Just came in for another DIY project. I just walked through most of the aisles since I was not in a rush. I did encounter about 3 - 4 Home Depot employees as I was browsing, they all said "hi and how can I help you?" It was nice. Sometimes in other stores, employees are barely seen and offering help. I did find what I was looking for! Military Discount, and a Veteran's reserved parking spot!

Manager Powell is the reason for this review. I had an issue with the equipment I had rented. Manager Powell was understanding, helpful, and considerate. He went beyond the call of duty. He is the kindness Home Depot employee I have ever met. You are an example for others to follow. Thank you so much Powell you made my day

I can affirm the Home Depot price matching really works. I bought a washer during the Memorial day sale. Today I found the same item with a lower price for the 4th of July sale. I printed the ad with the lower price, took it to the store, and they marked down my purchase to match the lower price promptly without hassle. This experience boosts the likelihood of me buying other appliances from Home Depot in the future.

It totally make sense why this place is at 3 star review , the management team here needs a good training on how to handle situations. I recently have purchased a safe from Homedepot and after messing up the delivery date and time 3 days later they showed up and delivered the 600lb safe with the pallet attached to it Today unfortunately I had to deal with the manager name Taylor and explain the situation and his response was ya that's how they deliver.. are you kidding me now ?? So customer should take a pallet off the 600lb safe by themselves?? On their marketing materials they talk about safety and customer service is the priority to them but in reality that's just a BS .... On a positive note there was an associate name Michael who been very helpful and instead of just brushing it off he actually jumped into action and started calling around to find a solution.. if I was in charge I would invest and train Michael to become a manager and I would spend more time to train Taylor properly and the basic training...

The trucks they rent here are total garbage. Broke down on side of road. Taking hours to get help. Steer clear of this location for your truck needs. Now at 3.5 hours on side of the 15 freeway. No help has arrived. Took 4 hours for a tow truck to arrive. Now going on 7.5 hours in this ordeal. Currently waiting for a replacement tire at another Home Depot. No other vehicles available here for us to take, despite what "Bo" told us from the Lake Forest store. Unreal. You'd expect them to find some sort of transportation, even a rental car. This is how Home Depot treats loyal customers? Shop elsewhere. We called the Home Depot and filed a complaint about this location, the truck (which also featured a slipping transmission, a malfunctioning driver seatbelt, and a huge alignment problem), the roadside service call center, and the staff at Lake Forest location. Tow truck driver was excellent and brightened the day. Awaiting any sort of reply or apology from Home Depot. Manager says he can't do anything but zero out the rental. We will see about that.

I stopped by the Home Depot last night to pick out some items for my bathroom remodel. I needed help and asked for employee assistance. A few minutes later Amy arrived. Honestly, she is so knowledgeable about so many things, professional, and customer service oriented. She asked all the right questions, and did everything she could to make sure I had what I needed. Great sense of humor too. Ask for Amy the next time you are there, if you are lucky she'll be there.
