Terrible experience. Customer service manager a young boy was on register ,very rude , unprofessional , even no hi , …nothing. After paying I noticed that the person in fabric department, calculated wrong, instead of fixing that , send us back to the fabric table, after fixing , was two long line, we had to stay more time on the line. More than that boy, the customer service manager a lady was more rude. Never go back to this branch and i feel sorry to being there today.

Managers at this location don't say hello, smile or even assist customers and staff. Like today when there was only one line open and it reached more that ten customers in line. They (with an attitude) finally got a clue to open another line. This was not a one time event, I see this kind of stuff happening all of the time in this store. Stop expecting your one or two cashiers to struggle to do all of the work to check customers out of these long lines, while you are just standing in a group with the other "higher ups" doing nothing like usual. Maybe you should downgrade your current managers into new roles as overnight stockers instead so, they don't have to interact with actual humans. Then you could hire a new management that are actually friendly and helpful to customers and staff.

Yea it's a pretty good store. Lots of really weird decorations but I'm sure it's great for people who do arts and crafts. Lots of sales at pretty unpredictable times, but who's complaining? Either way it's a pretty chill store with tons of stock.
