I happened to be here on the second Tuesday of the month when they hold their guest appreciation event, and got to know some of the hosts. They are an awesome team. It is unusual for a hotel like this to do an event of this nature, with good food and great music, and I really appreciate it.Is this hotel perfect? No. Is it pretty darn good for an establishment of this level? Absolutely yes.Kudos to this team. You have earned my business for months and years to come.

I was able to check in without any contact with a human being. Nice breakfast brunch.

My husband and I stayed here with our teenage granddaughter for 3 nights. We were in town to visit my in-laws and our other grandchildren. We usually stay at Staybridge Suites because we like to have a 2 bedroom suite. None was available. So we decided to stay here because they have connecting rooms. We stayed in rooms 225 and 227.What we liked:- comfortable beds- Air conditioner worked well in both rooms- small refrigerator in each room- nice big TVs in each room- the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were nice and plentiful. Not the little bottles, but the big bottles in the shower.- The staff were awesome!! Shoutout to Dan at the front desk. He was extremely nice and helpful.- the connecting rooms worked out so well. I'm a very early riser, so I missed being able to go into a different room and make coffee and watch tv without disturbing anyone. But, still, it is a very nice alternative.- a Keurig coffee maker!!- Spacious roomsWhat we did not like:- the on premises restaurant. It has a very limited menu. Nothing that our granddaughter was really interested in. Also VERY expensive. And they serve a breakfast buffet for $18.95 a person. We did not eat there. To be fair, we are spoiled by the free breakfast (7 days a week) and free dinner (not on Friday or Saturday) at the Staybridge Suites. Luckily, there are tons of restaurants around the area. Also, the hours posted in the lobby for the restaurant was 5pm to 9pm. We went down to the restaurant at 5:45pm and it wasn't open. I asked why and was told, "She's running a bit late. She should be here in about 15 minutes." Only one person? And that's more than a bit late.Annoying but not a deal breaker.- the rooms are old and worn. A poorly repaired ceiling. Water damage maybe? The carpet is THIN, worn and torn. A broken latch that locks the door from the inside. Also, an odd small picture off to the side on the large wall.So I took a star off for the restaurant. My own opinion.Would we stay there again if we can't get the 2 bedroom suite? Yes.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in a long time! Everything was perfect, the room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the gym was great as well. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent stay at Hilton.Despite being a loyal gold member and booking my room directly through Hilton website, I was appalled by the lack of customer service and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, just days after booking, the room prices dropped significantly, causing me to lose $60. When I politely requested a hotel credit or refund for the price difference, I was met with indifference and told that nothing could be done. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will certainly think twice before considering Hilton for any future stays. A complete letdown from a brand that claims to prioritize customer loyalty and satisfaction.

EDIT TO ADD: I am apparently not the only person upset about these hidden fees. You also have to pay extra to park your car here too? This hotel isn't that nice to be charging for every little thing...The room is nice, ac works great. I'm here for several days and on bedrest so I can't explore muchMy issue is that my confirmation page says "included amenities: breakfast buffet" and last time I checked, included means I don't have to pay extra for it.But I just paid nearly $30 for bacon, eggs, and an English muffin. Nothing special at all. For four mornings worth of breakfast, that's over $100 for a mediocre selection of food. Don't tell people your breakfast is included if it's not, that's false advertising.I'd rather door dash some freshly made GOOD waffles or pancakes or something better for this price than walk down and scoop undercooked eggs onto my plate for $18.Also, for $130+/night, I shouldn't have to pay an additional $30 a day to eat breakfast. Also, the guy running the area literally chased me down to make sure my "receipt" was filled out correctly. Like, y'all aren't desperate for money to be chasing people down to make sure they pay for their falsely advertised and overpriced food.

Parking $15/night, Breakfast $17/person and still terrible coffee. Snacks 300% markup but at least plenty of choice. I would think with these prices/markups you can get at least decent coffee.Rooms: Rooms are the modern style: tiny and square everything. Clean however.Food & drinks: Breakfast is expensive and not worth it.Noteworthy details: Internet is tiered and free only gets you so much bandwidth. I felt being nickel-and-dimed, not coming again.

Good hotel and helpful staff. The bartender (the guy with the beard and glasses) makes the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Tell me your secrets guy, take my money.

A bit overpriced, especially as there were several extra charges (among which, parking) that were not specified at booking. The room was good and clean (std king), but at $200/night I would expect a bit more attention to detail. For instance, there were no suitcase stands so we were forced to open the suitcases on the floor, on a carpet that had seen better days. There was very little desk space to work because of the placement of the TV.Bathroom ventilation was extremely loud and not possible to turn off. Together with a very loud AC unit this was not ideal.Breakfast is not included (which is ridiculous at this price point), but there's both Starbucks and Panera across the street.Apart from these minor things, a good hotel for the Irvine area.

I stayed one night for business and I happen to be 35 weeks pregnant! I was looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi in the evening around 9pm (they close at 10pm), to ease my swelling. The pool was not heated, as advertised, so I could not swim laps. I thought at least I could soak my legs in the jacuzzi… the jacuzzi was ice cold and also not heated. I was not able to use these amenities - very disappointing. I settled for taking a bath in my room; the bathroom was mostly clean, but I found hair on the bath drain stop…On the positive side, the customer service from staff was excellent. Shout out to PEPE who provided excellent service to me at breakfast. He is an asset to your team! The room bedding was also comfortable and felt clean, so I slept very well. Three stars for the staff and bedding.Overall, the price was not worth it to be unable to use the pool & jacuzzi after hours of traveling.

Nice facility but they did a bait and switch on the complementary breakfast. It’s not free they charge you.
