Very professional and wonderful work. No pain or discomfort. I absolutely appreciate their kindness and patience. I explained how I am a cancer patient, the nail techs were so gentle. I didn't feel like my nails were rushed. Plus my nails came out pretty.
Requested style: I had gel dip over nail extensions.
Cleanliness: They use a bag in the basin so you're not exposed to bacteria in the water

I've been coming here for years and the service is great! I recently I got a dip manicure from Thomas and he did an amazing job. It's been 4 weeks and absolutely no chips. Getting them redone only because they grew out, but I'm always so impressed by their quality of work.

The service was awkward. The skin around my nails is now thick and dry. I got these done yesterday and my nails are breaking and chipping.

Agree with other comments. This place used to be great, but the last four times I was here I got stuck with the same guy. He's so rough and I had four nick scabs on my toes. I even said ouch like three times. I also have had one woman set me up then to have him come in and do the nails. I think this is their way of giving you the manicurist nobody wants. The woman after me clearly had the same issue. I am not sure if they do not read their reviews or these guys are related to the owners, but come on folks! Side note, the last Saturday I was in at 11am and was only one of three people in there. I have literally gone here for twenty years. but sad as I cannot give my hard earned money to a business like this anymore.

I was in about 2 weeks ago. The color I selected was supposed to match and didn’t. The technician doing my nails chose to paint over the other color rather than removing and redoing. This cause the color underneath to bleed through and look awful almost immediately. I wish she didn’t take the easy way out. I will be wary of going there again.Service: Gel manicures

Rude service by woman in front desk and over the phone. Also, Horrible quality of a dip manicure. Lumpy final results with no Manicure performed as you can see in the picture. They also lie about their closing time by saying they close at 6:30.

Service was very efficient. Completed everything within an hour. I love how clean the place looks & how there are a lot of plants in the area. The music was very mellow and relaxing. The seat has a massage a chair. Overall, it was a nice experience for a first visit. I would definitely come back here with my friends & family next time.

I am so happy to find this place to get my nails done. They are friendly, knowledgeable and true artists. I ask for a manicure with dip powder with tips. The shape I wanted was short and square with a slight coffin. They repeated what I said to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted, which I appreciated. I went with the color 175, which is OPI brand called Don't Bossa Nova Me Around. I love this color! In different lighting it can look mauve or a soft pink. The manicurist was a very nice gentleman and he took good care of my hands. I love my nails and I will definitely go back.

I left with a terrible gel acrylic set and bloody fingers! I showed the guy (I believe Anthony) my inspo picture of super cute daisies on acrylic nails. He said he could totally do that and charge $50 for acrylic with shape and $12 for 4 nails with designs. He cut and drilled into my skin and I had to say ouch and pull back for him to stop. That's when I noticed the blood. The design came out SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad I was stunned. I graciously complained to the front desk lady and she said they would take the $12 for design but didn't acknowledge the blood. I'm in pain and it will most likely get infected. Please search around for places that use sterile instruments and know how to do designs

Worst place I have ever been to do my nails. The guy who did it don't even know how to use a nail file, plus his hand was super heavy and made my arm sore. I complained and I was ignored. The manager told me come back in two weeks and we'll fix it lol. I won't comeback ever again looks like a kid did my manicure

Jessie's pedicures are so amazing. She's gentle but does a great job. I've had rough techs before but they did a lousy job. I have some neuropathy and nerve damage to my feet and she's super conscious of that. Gel pedis are the best! Thanks Jessie! Super friendly atmosphere!

Visited on a slow Thursday morning and the salon was very bright and clean! Thomas did my nails, I had three week old gel x and a painful broken nail that he easily fixed. He was super careful, took his time, and recommended that I do the dip power as it's more natural and lasts longer. I'm super happy I took his advice because my nails feels so much better and the design he helped me pick is super cute and simple. Can't wait to visit again :)
