Stayed here for just under a month for a work trip. The place is great. Great staff and awesome rooms. The breakfast in the mornings I miss a ton. I was working night shift mostly and would sleep most of the day and I never had a problem with it being to loud. I actually feel homesick for the place ♥️Food & drinks: Breakfast is great

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary last summer. Nigel the general manager was amazing, he was extremely friendly and very personable. He and his bartender even made us special drinks which made our day so special. Thank you again for all that you did, you honestly made this night memorable for us. We really enjoyed our time so much at this hotel, that I decided to book again. Huge thank you to Nigel and his great staff! P.s sorry for the late review!

Oh, my God. Absolutely paper-thin walls even by today's "paper-thin" new hotel construction standards. It looks nice on the outside, but, as said, clearly every substantive corner was cut when it comes to costs. Further, I stay in about 100 hotels a year, roughly 1000 in the past ten, and this is the first hotel that actually has you sign a release--while it is charging you for the parking to boot--stating that the hotel is not responsible if your car is damaged, stolen, etc. I suspect the hotel also does not put much money into protecting its guests with substantive security.

Beautiful and awesome place a bit pricey but understand the cost. Lots of business people. If you have children may not be the place to come. We had 5 families, we were not received well by them. Only concern I have is the bathroom light is connected to the sink area and if you have other family you cannot turn on the light to the toilet.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants in the area and malls

Nice spacious rooms, quiet hotel, comfy beds! Housekeeping is a little uncourteous, bleaching lobby floors during check in….not making beds.But overall nice location with nice view. Not really a deal on price, but worth it for the stay.

This hotel is a duel hotel Hampton/ Homewood. The hotel has many food options near the location . The hotel is on the corner of busy street so it is not safe to walk to any of them. . The majority of the staff was rude and unhelpful. Hotel breakfast is basic and did not provide fresh fruit on the days of our visit on the Hampton side. If you stay in a corner room there are floor to ceiling windows which are beautiful for light however can increase the temp of your room. The room temperature is controlled by the front desk. There is no notice of this in the room so for the first two nights I thought I was doing something wrong to be able to change the temperature of the room. Our family was sweating at night. When notifying the front desk they took no immediate action to change temperature and I had to follow up for a response which was responded with attitude from front desk staff. Hotel kitchen staff was rude and was visibly annoyed with guests when asking for simple things like utensils. Room is supposed to be serviced every other day. On our day we were told by housekeeping we were not on their “log”. I went down stairs to ask for towels and it took an hour to respond. Unfortunately due to hotel staff we will not return to this location.

I had a king room in the Homewood suites area which was lovely. Nice breakfast with normal options. Service was rude and cold. I'm not sure the staff could have gotten anymore snooty and uptight. I didn't get a smile from an employee until I checked out. I'm not interested in staying there ever again. I guess the Hiltons don't need anymore $$$ because they certainly turned me off their brand for good. There are too many hotels to stay in that actually seem to appreciate a customer, to waste my money there. Based off the occupancy I saw there, I'm not the only one.

We really like this hotel in Lake Forest. We've been here a few times. It's very clean. The employees are courteous. The daily breakfast is nice. It's location is central to many amenities. There are several restaurants across the street and shops just down a few blocks. Easy freeway access. We highly recommend this location.

Booked same day on the Hilton Honors app, before my flight to ensure I would have a room for tonight as I would have landed past midnight and the appt wouldn't let me book for night/tomorrow am after midnight. My flight is delayed by 6 hours, so I called to see if it could be cancelled and credited, neither the 800, nor the hotel manager or staff were "able" to cancel without a charger. So they keep the funds without me ever stepping foot in their property. Even for the sake of customer service (diamond member) what a poor experience with this place and chain. It's worse than dealing with AI.

The room was incredible and very comfortable. There was an unbelievable amount of extras that made our trip just that much better. Their breakfast lineup in the morning has so much stuff, and all of it was excellent. Omelettes, hash browns, sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, there was fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee,tea, milk, make your own waffles....it just keeps going each and every employee we came across or interacted with was very friendly and helpful if you are headed to Irvine California for any reason work or pleasure, this is the place to stay......I really don't want to go back.

Rooms were clean. Service was excellent. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and excellent. Quality. Check in was easy. I overall had a great experience being from out of town due to the location. Plenty around the area. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant, relaxing and comfortable experience.Food & drinks: The complementary breakfast was perfect. The restaurant downstairs was of excellent quality.

In town for a business trip, was a great stay. They moved our group quickly checked us all in minutes. Our shuttles were on time, our drinks were poured accurately and breakfast was decent. Would definitely go back if ever in the area.

I booked this hotel through a Day Stay app since I needed a place to work and relax while my dog was having surgery at a local vet. Complaints up front since that is what is keeping me from giving this place 5 stars. There is a $12 a day parking charge and a charge for the "higher" speed internet. Parking was just added to my bill. No one asked me if I parked or if was dropped off. They are not near an airport, I am a Hilton rewards member and I only was there from 10am to 3:30pm (again, day use only). Then they wanted an additional $5 for the upgraded internet. It is 2023 and hotels are still doing this? Room was very quiet. Again, I was there when most people are gone and it was very clean and modern and nice. Just the silly upcharges took away from a great stay.
