A little over priced for a thrift store. Clothes were in good condition. Place to go when you want to buy for yourself or loved ones.

I forgot I was in Lake Forest for a second because the prices were so high, I felt like I got transported to a vintage store in San Francisco. The whole point of good will is finding good deals; How does that work when you guys mark up the pricing of the cool and good stuff, defeating the whole purpose of your organization. Stupid store. Just go to Ross and buy things that are brand new for the same price.

I came in as they opened at 9am on Wednesday 10-04-2023. Looking for a portable walking cane for my dw. Good news I found exactly what I was looking for and it was brand new. Staff very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and the layout orderly. I will return again.

I had a terrible experience in this Goodwill, I found a decent looking wallet that was in a bin that most of them were priced for less than $10 . When I checked out , an older lady adorned in fancy clothes and fancy jewelry told me this wallet would cost 3 times of what was ticketed. I was so shocked. They got these items for free and now upcharged them like new items in a fancy department store. I detested and told her she has to sell to me at the marked price in this wallet and she told me in her raised voice that she does not have to and if I want to purchase this wallet, I will have to pay the inflated price that she just quoted. This is so crazy and ridiculous of her. I will never return to this thrift store. They overpriced the items that they got for free and are so rude to their customers.

Prices have gone up to the point that no one is at either cash register because the prices for old and used dirty items here are more expensive than at Marshall's and Ross for new items! It's a complete waste of time to shop here!

I was in the other day and what a great experience! This place is super organized and clean. I also met the manager Mike, who was wonderful. He was such a nice and friendly man. I would recommend giving this goodwill a shot. The best one I've ever been to, hands down.

Went in to get some rain boots for my kid and came out with some spectacular boots for myself. It was a super deal. Very clean place and courteous staff.

This is a separate, upscale store located immediately next door to the standard Goodwill location. The items in this store are the cream of the crop. They are almost all high end products and goods. This store is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a gift for a special occasion. From men's suits to exquisite glassware, they have an amazing assortment here.

Need a random costume for Monday morning's costume party at work and it's already Sunday evening at 5:30 pm? Or did you realize there's a stain on the jacket you were planning to wear to work? Head on over! This OC Goodwill location with really nice, name brand merchandise is open until 7:00 pm - on Sundays! The store is clean and very organized. The parking is abundant. The selection of shoes and clothing is very good, top brands are available in all sizes.

I did not actually go inside but we did drive through and drop off some donations when my aunt was moving. It was a tight spot to go through but they have a few workers and a system in place. It was pretty busy at the donation drop off area for a Saturday afternoon. Next time I will go in and check out if there are and great steals and deals.

First time shopping in this store. Went in for a shirt for work. Signs on certain aisles said 50% off. I pick out a shirt that I need. Wait in line to checkout. While at checkout, I ask why the shirt wasn't 50% off. The cashier was asking "Didn't you read the sign? It's only purple tags." I replied that all it says is 50% off on shirts. He then began to argue so I asked for a manager. Manager came out. She says did you purchase it yet? I said no. She says then, I can't help you. I ask what her name was she says "You are below my pay level and do not need to know what my name is." I reply, "Excuse me?" She then grabs her coffee and proceeds to walk away. I snapped a photo of her. While with the cashier once again, I ask what the return policy is? He then proceeds to page someone named Yvette to the register. Low and behold it's the same woman that was rude previously. I greet her with "Why hello, Yvette. Isn't nice that your employee announced your name to the whole entire store." She looks at her employee and says "Thanks a lot big mouth, now she knows my name." Yvette needs training in customer service!!! Yvette needs to make sure her signs are understandable to EVERYONE, especially FIRST TIME SHOPPERS!!! This review of her lack of customer service skills probably won't go anywhere but it's out there to the Universe with a side photo of her rude @$$!!!

There are a lot of Goodwill stores in the area, but this is one of the largest. Here's a thrifting "secret": you find better stuff in more affluent areas.I wish the clothes were better arranged by size rather than just by color, but I've found some great stuff here. Sometimes they have dressing rooms but they are really busy so there's a wait.Everything with a green tag was half off today, which means I didn't find anything with a green tag.Overheard in line: "What do we need this for, garage stuffing?"Next door they have a boutique with some nicer stuff. Never what I want in my size.
