The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love shopping here with my furry friend. He loves to get weighed and loves the treat he always gets from the staff. They have a very large selection of food, toys, treats, leashes, etc. I visit this pet store weekly.

Excellent customer service every time I pop in. Convenient hours, exceptional selection of anything you need. Reliable, reasonably priced, privately owned. What more could you want? I buy everything I need for my dog from Furly's.

It's a smallish store so of course it's not going to have the same inventory as a Petsmart or Petco, but whenever we need something we know we can get from Furly's (which, honestly, is most things), we'd rather go there than anywhere else. The staff and owner have all been very knowledgeable and kind and do not try to upsell you or sell you things you don't need. They also have a variety of treat samples behind the counter! When we first got Ada and she was still slightly anxious and not food motivated at all, the sales associate gave us a bunch of different treat samples so we could go home and try to figure out what she liked.

10 out of 10! I was told about this place from a friend at the dog park. I was looking for toys for my fur baby to keep her entertained, so I decided to bring Nova by and check this place out! This place is AWESOME!
I was met by Raven and Cassidy, and both of them far exceeded being nice and helpful. They were beyond accommodating and helpful. They knew everything that I was curious about and had several different options that I didn’t know (lick mats, wobbles..etc) They didn't just point at an aisle and tell me a number but walked over with us and showed us every option they could think of.
If Raven was talking to me, Cassidy was grabbing items and bringing them over and vice versa.
As I was checking out, I mentioned that she was an extremely picky eater, and Cassidy was giving her different treats that she was denying. She spent time finding one that she liked.
Raven and Cassidy decided to enrich Nova with several different samples of food to try for her.
They were both so nice and helpful and I won't go to any other place now
Ohhh the prices are perfect! On par with everything online!

I love this place! Great products and great selection and all the employees are super nice. I drove 20 minutes to get to this place and do not regret it! Will be coming more often. Thank you to all the employees at Furly's! Banksy appreciates you guys.

Knowledge, professional, and kind. I have been meaning to stop by this pet store for years. I finally was motivated to do so after seeing they were listed on the Lake Forest gift card site. They had the dog shampoo I ran out of and treats my dog will actually eat! I need to go back since I now want to switch her food to a more healthy option. The amount of health food and treats at this brick and mortar was impressive!

I order from here every few months and have it shipped halfway across the country because you are able to purchase single cans. Have always been friendly and answer questions if anything comes up.
