My partner called on Thursday to make sure that they were open on Sunday and that they would have someone available to remove their stitches and they said yes they are open at 10am on Sunday and are able to remove stitches. We get there at 11am and it is closed. Even the door says that they are open on Sundays and whoever spoke to my parter said they are open but are not actually open.

Excellent experience very kind and caring staff and Doctor, In and out fast very clean place to go. They even called to see how my daughter was doing after our visit. I highly recommend.

Would NEVER go to an urgent care again; my neighbor who is a nurse highly advises not to.
I have a PPO and should have gone to the ER, thought this might be faster for a small pinkie injury; first wait of course an hour while families (you know the background) are getting vaccinated; then see the provider who splints it and refers me to Wave Imaging for x-rays; another horrible place with an obese woman eating a burrito in the waiting room, I thought I would gag; fast forward to technician who takes x-rays to be sent to the provider again to review; more wait time hearing from OC Urgent Care; phone calls with people who have NO IDEA what they are doing, period .. our healthcare in the worst in the world ... go see your primary or to ER, if you have to go to Urgent Care you most likely have no insurance or we pay for you to go with our tax dollars.

Katrina was great! Came in with bad bronchitis that seemed like it would never get better but felt better almost instantly after the antibiotics I was prescribed!!

If you are in the Lake Forest area and in need of Urgent Care, I highly recommend OC urgent care. Maiya, Katrina and Kyla were so nice and professional. They quickly diagnosed my problem, explained the condition and medication and even helped me with the pharmacy. The office was so nice and clean and I would recommend OC urgent care to everyone when needed!

Great location, great staff. Dr Maiya Roseff was great listener, professional, and knowledgeable. She asked many questions reviewed medications and prescribed few medications. Thank you

Worst experience ever!!!Called in advance to check if they were going to do a certain procedure and they answered yes. Faster waiting for one hr and half I finally see a doctor that confirmed the opposite.Total waste of time and $75 deductible !!!!

This facility has new ownership who will only release prescriptions that were already prescribed if you want pay an added fee which is a scam stay away from this facility uts not the same urgent care that had great reviews its only a matter if time till more 1 star reviews to back pepper this site
