My son and I will go to Focus every few months and this last time he spotted the hot pink, McGill Skull & Snake reissue. He had to have it. The following day we returned, got the board, and the gentleman helping us did a flawless grip job! The folks working there are always courteous, I never feel like I'm bugging them, and they always engage when we ask questions and make small talk. We've purchased skate decks, hardware, and clothing too! My son and I love coming here, and we come here first.

Evan Dineen gave my son a brand new board!! I asked him where to go for trucks and wheels he told me Focus. I went in there and told them Evan referred me and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I asked if they had used trucks and wheels!! This young man hooked me up. I don't want to spend lots of money in case my son wasn't into skate boarding. The guys in there were awesome!! Go check them out!!

Focus Boardshop is a great skate shop it has tons of boards, great bearings, trucks, bushings, and wheels plus a lot more. Also the board shop has a bunch of clothes and shoes, it also has helmets and skate pads. For the skatepark next to it it's also great because I saw a cute dog.

Focus Boardshop slaps. My nephew was in dire need of a replacement deck for his clapped-out Zero board and because I am the best uncle ever I wanted to hook him up quickly. I only support local indie skate shops (and you should too). I found Focus Boardshop conveniently located near the greatest skatepark in the world: Etnies HQ. My nephew was about to have an epic afternoon. These guys are knowledgeable and ultra-friendly. I can't stand the shops with the sneering and too-cool teenagers just collecting a paycheck and goofing off all day (that is why Active and Jack's are both gone in Irvine). None of that nonsense here. We simply brought in my nephew's trucks & wheels picked out a deck, and the Focus team had the grip tape secured and trucks mounted in a flash. Off to the skatepark. In N Out afterward. I told you I am the greatest uncle ever.

Gave it a one Cus I had too. Shop lacks inventory or just not displayed not sure but we also didn’t feel welcomed walking in the store. The tall clerk not the blonde one was extremely rude to us… too bad, we had money to spend. Feel bad for cheating on SoCal skate shop for checking this place out. Thank goodness for the poor customer service we are on our way to SoCal skate shop too burn our money there instead. AlwAys an easy 500 spend!! Lol. Thanks SoCal for being awesome. Focus ehhh

My parents and I walked in, immediately greeted by two guys. I don’t remember their names, but they were so polite and helpful.Mind you, I’m a beginner and just wanted a board to cruise. One of them helped me pick out the board and explained the basics about each board, which I’m glad I learned. Then he helped me grip the board and pick out the wheels.They were very polite to my parents, they are Hispanics and have some Karen attitude in them. Thank you for dealing with them, lmao.But yes, this was a great store to pick my own board for the first time. 100% recommend coming to this store to get your first board. They also have some nice shoes and hoodies, I might have to visit again to get a hoodie!Thank you so much for the great service.

Great customer service. Jed helped me out tremendously. I asked to see simple 8.0 decks and he took all the ones I would like and laid them out on the counter for me to see. I was taking quite a while to pick out the right board and I even asked for his opinion. He didn't rush me at all. Jed also helped me pick out trunks wheels etc. that would fit my style. Give this man a raise. He was such a great help and I'm glad that I came in today.
