Do not go here! Sam lies about absolutely everything, telling us he's working on our car and never making any progress. He doesn't pick up the phone, and has had our car for 17 months now. This past week, he had our car, as well as many others, towed and now we have to pay to get them out of impound. Also discovered that he was evicted from his business space and may not be in business anymore. We trusted this business and are out many thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it.

Sam helped me out in a pinch! Patched my tired in under 20min when no one else was willing to take me in last minute. He was so kind and made me laugh after a long day . Definitely recommend Sam - he is sweet, willing to help and came to the rescue!

I went to the store early in the morning, and the computer found a fault. Sam said it could be repaired today. Then when I came back in the evening, Sam told me that it would be repaired and it would cost $1,600. Of course I won't agree. I paid them $200. Then when I drove home, I obviously found that my car was damaged,The red pointer on the left could not be zeroed, and the throttle was weak.broke my key! This is a store without professional ethics, this is a shop with backward technology, this is a store without faith!! Wish God redeem them

Terrible service at this shop please stay far far from this shop. owner sold my brother a tire and it deflated the same day on the freeway I called the owner he said he'd send back half the money didn't care about my brothers safety being stuck on the freeway or anything else but the money then Hung up on me super rude and clearly doesn't care about his customers or the service he provides!!! if these guys can't even put on a tire correctly what makes you think they'll be able to fix you're car I suggest to think twice before coming here.

The quality of service I received from Sam was excellent and exceeded my expectation. I trust that my car is in good hands at First Call Auto Service. I have taken my car there for oil changes for a couple years now and not once has Sam tried to up sale services. The pricing is beyond fair and will beat any auto center in town. Sam is an honest, trustworthy, and hardworking person. I recommend this auto shop without a doubt and confidence that you will receive the best service thus far.

These guys are amazing! My brake hose broke after driving from Montana to California at 6pm, the night before I HAD to head back to Montana for work. They didn't have the part in stock, so they actually drove out to Garden Grove to look for the part at 7 o'clock at night. When no body had the part, John took the brake hose off HIS car and put it on my car! He truly went way above and way beyond to help me get back to Montana safely and on time for work. Super nice people!

Warning! They will do extremely poor work and lie about processing a refund. Update: Sam agreed to refund me once I return his catalytic converter. After I returned his catalytic converter then he continued to work on a different car. He said he needed 30 min. I called back 4 hrs later and they said they will call me back. I call back again 2 more times trying to get my refund and waiting the next day.Original:The job wasn't started until a day after the promised completion date. Right after I turned on the car, I noticed the car sounds completely different. Turns out it was the bad weld.Drove it to LA and "welded" part completely separated. I am currently working on getting a refund and filing a report with the bureau of automotive repair. Sam said someone else welded the part and offered to fix it, but I can't tow my car 50 miles to gamble that their quality of work improves.

Worst auto shop ever. Your car sits there and they lie about working on it. They basically steal your car for months. And still do work on it and don't answer your calls.

Sam is a great guy. He has great customer service skills and very timely on finishing the job. He saved me lot of money when Ingot estimates that were outrageous but he made sure to charge me right price on replacing breaks. I will be taking my cars to him from here. Totally recommend this guy.
