I've had multiple lyft vehicle inspections here and they are always quick and do not try to upsell me. Would definitely recommend this location to any uber or lyft drivers.

Don't bother going here if you value your time. I booked a 2pm appointment several days prior. I got there 15 minutes early and checked in. At 3:15 (an hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment) they hadn't touched my truck. When I asked when they were going to get to it. The guy said he wouldn't have a bay available until 5:30. This is truly poor time management and disrespectful to customers.

I have been to this location many times and everyone including technicians were very helpful. I came in for a lifetine alignment. Dylan and Miguel were very kind and thorough.

DO NOT spend your money here. They will nickel and dime you and not even get the job done fully. They may have "better prices" but the work done will not last long meaning you will be coming back for more fixes. Your money would be better spent at places like elite motor services or romona tire. They will not only not do the job correctly, but then have their inept owner (he was probably lying)/manager Michael to stutter and whine at you until you pay up. Stay far away from this place if you value your money or time. They're a scam.

I have been to firestone on rockfield in Lake Forest many times and every time the technicians are very helpful. They always provide great service and get my car back in a timely manner. Dylan is always very attentive and great at running through the options available at the time. Thank you guys so much!!

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Don't waste your time and money for them to not properly service your car.

Good job at wasting time not working. Oil change takes 20 minutes max, they'll take an hour then pull the old "your car only takes the high priced stuff and the cost of labor is up" bs. If talking and browsing on your phone is labor then you pay. I just wanted an oil change and not to be took.

Each time I've been to Firestone in lake forest (in the Lucille's parking lot) in the last year they have been truthful, kind, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to ensure my safety as a driver. I type this from the lobby, brought my car in for a screw in the tire and needing a patch; it's now nearly 45 minutes past closing and they're still diligently working on cars. I don't feel it's because they're lazy, it's clearly because they're understaffed and they care. As a woman, I never feel lesser than or spoken down to and that's important to me. When I have questions, they are answered quickly, completely and honestly. I've been bringing my car to Firestone since I was a teenager and this specific location has my loyalty and respect. The price, to me, of course could be better; but that's life in 2023. This location does the best they can to get the value of your dollar to go farther.

$2k and 2 months wasted. Don't go here. I had to get some repairs done to a used Jeep I recently bought (new struts, tires, etc) and noted that the back right section of this car made a loud popping / creaking noise that I'd like to get looked at / repaired. I was informed while buying this Jeep that a strut replacement should easily take care of this noise issue Half a day later; I get my car back and the noise is still there. I wait about 2 weeks in hopes it would go away after the struts had some time to break in, but the noise never stopped; so I eventually took it back to Firestone under their warranty to be looked at / repaired Long story short; I took my car back to this location multiple times for them to fix this issue and they would come up with BS excuses as to why this sound was happening. One of their excuses was "I have too much stuff in my trunk". They would also tell me "we don't hear anything coming from your car" which is ridiculous because this sound is incredibly loud. They would also forget to work on my car sometimes; leaving me without a vehicle for multiple days Recently; I took my car to a different mechanic and they said Firestone's excuses for this noise are "absurd" and let me know that Firestone didn't put my struts on properly smh Don't spend your money here. You'll end up getting your money / time wasted, the employees won't take the time to properly diagnose what is wrong with your car, and they may actually damage your vehicle in the process

I made an online appointment just to go down to the shop and be told that there are no appointments for that day. I explained I made the appointment online and got a confirmation email. The gentleman working said he sees my appointment but there were none available and they wouldn't help me today. He was unapologetic; in fact he did not apologize at all. Honestly, I am very disappointed. I didn't get upset with the man. I wasn't rude to him and he just didn't seem to care about the situation. I will not be using fire stone moving forward. If they cannot manage their online appointments, then they should not have that as an option. I understand being busy but I am busy as well and really needed to get the maintenance done on my car. I arranged for someone else to come pick me up during the maintenance, which also wasted their time. Overall just very disappointed.

Complete auto joke lol. Came in with a flat tire and was told they could not change and put my spare on. I would of bought a new set of tires from them if they helped out.

I have had a bad experience recently at Firestone in Laguna Hills. I have gone there for 10 years with my 08 Saturn service was pretty good under the manager Tom and another guy. I have had a lot of work done on my car recently, including a thermostat replacement valve, replacement hoses , etc . When I went to pick up my car about a week ago they said everything was all set . On my way home. I noticed it said "change oil soon "I called them when I got home and they said I did not request such Wow , don't you think they could've made a quick phone call so my car would've been completely done with the oil change? I don't have time to keep on going back I decided to go to Firestone at Lake Forest (since it had three stars instead of the 2 1/2 stars in Laguna Hills - to get my oil changed for $49.00, which I say is high !) I was driving my car the next day and went to wash my windshield, and only one squirter worked . Also the receipt said air filter, brake fluid exchange and battery guard recommended. I guess they are too busy to call and verify if I want to replace the recommended items. So I made an appointment to bring it back there so they could unplug my washer fluid. But I decided I'd rather go somewhere else and get better service. I thought Firestone was a good place to take your car but it's just a another big name place which too often doesn't DELIVER big ! Thank you very much for your past service but I won't see you in the future . bye-bye.

went to get an aliagnment and i was told my back rear tire was unable to be aligned because a bolt was "rounded off" so they didn't do anything. Told me they tried all their tools and nothing fit and they had no idea where i could go to get a bolt loose. couldn't show me the bolt or anything just described the problem. took it to another firestone in costa mesa and a socket fit perfectly on there. maybe because i was there watching idk but firestone in the military base is a joke call themselves mechanics but don't know how to use a socket and ratchet. someone said their dentist could do a better job but i'd argue preschoolers could do a better job.
