I was trying to send in defective devices back to our corporation company that requested them to be sent immediately for them to inspect. But the people here immediately turned me down at 4:30pm August 10th. I understand the devices were loud and beeping and can see why they refused. They asked me to shut it off, but these cannot be shut off at all which is why they requested them to get shipped out. I wish they were a bit more understanding. It even had a label.

I just stopped by to return some equipment. There were two guys working that one was helping the other customer and the other one was sitting in the chair and looking at his phone. I was the only one customer in a line, but both of them didn’t say anything. I waited for about 5 minutes and I couldn’t wait anymore, because I had to leave right away. So, I called them and then the one guy who was on the phone came up to me and pretended he didn’t notice me. I came here just simply return with a bar code I have in my phone. Worst customer service.

Good location. The staff could be a bit more friendly, but overall it was a good experience here.
We needed to print some documents from a phone, the process was very simple.
The staff gave us a card with the instructions. And everything was pretty much self served.
3 color copies, $2.30 or so. Don’t know if that’s expensive or not. I thought it was fine. It was definitely very convenient though!

Rob and Carla were great to work with. I print materials that require special processing, which means I have to call the store after I submit the order on line. Having printed at this branch several times, Rob called me proactively as soon as he saw the order come in. This was great for two reasons - great customer service and I actually forgot to call. It would have been a big mess if Rob didn’t get in touch on his own. Great team you have in your Foothill Ranch store!!!

Bryan and the team at this FedEx location are absolutely incredible! I called an hour before closing to rush some booklets for a funeral first thing in the morning. The first person I spoke to was so kind and explained the order process we could follow online and then he connected us with Bryan who assured us he would get this done for us. We rushed to get the order in and and made it about 15 minutes before close and Bryan took several calls to help me with the order before that. Bryan called me back personally to say that he would stay late to print and fold the booklets so that I could be there as soon as they opened in the morning to pick them up. He even let me know I wouldn't be able to call the store to check in after close so he would call and email me to confirm once everything was done. And he did just that! The whole way he was so friendly and patient and just really eased our stress amidst a really tough time. The kindness he showed and the fact that he stayed late to help some strangers was just incredible and above and beyond. The booklets that he printed and folded were so meaningful. He made a big impact for us that night. Thank you, Bryan!

Am I ever went to this location but like most locations by FedEx the service and the standards are high the personal is pleasant and supportive. I had a project 15 pages needed to be printed for copies, found and prepared as quickly as possible. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was excellent.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE FOR PICK UP. I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE YOUR PACKAGES SENT HERE FOR PICK UP.We got notified that our package was ready for pickup. No problem right? Wrong. My husband goes to pick up the package and a male staff member there informs him that the package was not there. He does not provide any additional information.Next morning my husband goes there again and they were no help. They said they would review the camera footage. I called and they said they were not going to review the camera footage unless requested. We asked them multiple times to review the camera footage and they are now saying we never requested it?! Tracking number said the package was on the way back to the facility. Why was it delivered and taken out in the first place? This is a complete waste of my time.I get a call that my package has arrived. I am livid at this point. I made sure to open the package right in front of them because you never know if it has been tampered with. Taliyah (sp?) the manager did not apologize to me once for the time I have had to deal with this entire situation. She said a staff member placed the box on the wrong shelf the day before which was why it was sent away. Still confused as to why this would happen but I would like a formal apology from Fedex. Please train your staff to do better.

I feel as though I’m always inconveniencing the staff even when I scan my own packages and turn over makes it hard as it seems some employees aren’t sure how to read the labels all the time. Also when scanning my own and arriving before the truck on a Friday my shipment did not go out until the following Monday, they seem to move at a slightly slower pace than the other locations.
