Awesome service at Fabricante Auto Body from Fred. I went in this morning for some scratches on my Tesla. I was prepared to be told I will need to have the bumper replaced. Fred said he’ll see what he can do. He took the car in the back and had his team work on it. After a few minutes he brought the car back with most of the scratches gone! They were able to buff most of it out. And at no charge!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fred. You definitely deserve a 5-star!!

Fabricante Auto Body is extremely reliable, honest, and they keep you posted regularly on the status of your vehicle. I received my truck approximately 10 days early and couldn’t have been more happy. Fred was great to work with and provided top notch service!

Amazing job! Fred was so quick to respond and really worked with insurance. I had the front bumper bracket of my 2010 Toyota Highlander come off and he was able to replace it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fred Gaytan and the team at Fabricante Auto Body are the best. I’ve had work done before and they did a great job. Today they took time to fix up my fender so it looks good enough until I can get in and have the work done.

This is my second time taking my car to this place, they are very professional, amazing customer service. Fred Gaytan provides you with the most exceptional service and will walk you through the process to make sure you understand every single detail, he made sure I had no issues and my car was like new after the repairs. Wanted to take a moment and show my appreciation for Fabricante Auto Body. My truck needed body work at the beginning of November. When I walked in to FAB, they were great from the start. I was told that my truck would be ready on 11/28 after full inspection. Fred kept me posted the entire time with updates on my vehicle. Not only that, he kindly answered all my questions whenever needed. Not once did I receive any false information. Today, I received another text saying my truck was done. Can't say enough about the professionalism I received. Truck looks new again! Thank you, Fred and the entire FAB team! You all are top notch.Bill Barry

I took my Benz to Fabricante Auto Body for a small job. I talked to one of their service advisors (Fred Gaytan). He took care of it within 15/20 mins and didn’t even charge me anything. I would strongly recommend this business if you are looking for an auto/body shop. Ask for Fred to discuss your needs when you go there. Great staff and excellent customer service!!!

After getting some scratches on my car in a parking lot incident, I contacted my insurance company. They had NO "approved" auto body shops that would work on my car (Land Rover) in all of San Diego County or Orange County. They referred me to a shop near LAX (2-3 hours away). I called the local SD dealership and they referred me to a shop near my home. The insurance company would not approve the quote (the insurance company employee in Texas did a quote by photographs). An OC dealership referred me to Fabricante Auto Body. I was able to get an estimate appointment within a few days. Fred greeted me at the shop. He explained the process clearly. Though they aren't an "approved" shop by my insurance carrier, he said he has access to their system (by using the estimate I had previously received). I was able to get my car in for repairs quickly. The repairs were initially expected to take 7-10 business days (due to potential part delays). I dropped my car off on a Monday and I received a call on Thursday that the car was ready! I highly recommend this shop. I received daily text updates on the progress and was treated well. Fred was able to work with the insurance company directly so that I didn't need to get involved/frustrated.

This is the second time, I am using Fabricante Auto Body. They are local to me and Authorized Repair shop. First Experience with the Bodyshop I worked with Steven. He is an experienced, knowledgeable and truly caring person. Second time in I worked with Alex who updated me on daily repair progress and promptly replied to my text and emails. This body shop!! My Tesla was serviced/repaired recently and it couldn't have gone any smoother. What really made my experience amazing was Joey Gomez, one of the sales representatives who kept me informed play by play. Returned calls when I was unable to reach him, and initiated contact without request nor hesitation to ensure things were moving along. It could have taken a year (which it didn't!) and I would have thought it was a couple of weeks as he walked me through the details and was very knowledgeable and technically sound with details and status updates. He should be in a leadership position or I hope he can share best practices with others as how to make Fabricante Auto Body shop be the shop of choice all because of his interaction and engagement with me as a customer. GREAT JOB JOEY! You'll go far, as well as any business you touch!

Accidents are never enjoyable, especially when you own a Tesla and have to wait for parts to arrive. I conducted extensive research to find the best auto service in Orange County, and Fabricante Automotive stood out from the rest. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Moreover, he exceeded all expectations by delivering exceptional work ahead of schedule. We brought our car to Fabricante Auto Body. Very nice facility and all of the people we worked with were very helpful and professional. Steven was our service advisor he kept us totally informed the entire time it took to repair our vehicle. We were so happy when we received our car back.
