Chris is amazing!! He is so patient, kind, and understanding of what my goals and needs are. I highly recommend him as a trainer. He's very precise on form and technicalities (which is what you want for a trainer) bc it shows care and attention to detail so you don't hurt yourself working out. I did minimal in terms of lifting weights in the past so I was very new to this and am very thankful for Chris taking me every step of the way and correcting my form! I've been to a couple gyms here and there like 24 or crunch, his gym has workout equipment I've never seen before so it was very cool to try new things and have him walk me through how to use them to maximize my goals.

The team here is very professional and really know what they are doing. I started training with Chris a while ago after a very severe wrist and shoulder injury about 9 month ago. I have trained for almost 5 years, but after the accident I was not able to train any longer like I used to. Chris customized a program for me that allowed me to get back into shape both physically and mentally. Highly recommend this place as they are very professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do.

This gym is focused on personal training. The facility is well-equipped, including cages and a lifting platform. Dominica and Chris are very professional. Both were extremely welcoming every day I came in and scheduling/rescheduling was easy and flexible.

Elite is the highest-rated gym in OC for good reason. I came to Dominica about a year ago as a novice with a weight gain goal, and together we blew through that and hit almost 2x my goal in less time than planned. I've worked with personal trainers before, but Dominica and Chris are on a different level of expertise, fun, and results. If you really want to move the needle (and particularly if you're busy and time management is a factor) don't mess around. Go see Elite and make it happen.

I've been working with Chris for about 4 years now and every time I come in, the atmosphere is great, the gym is clean, & Chris is always ready and pumped to help get a good workout in. I have never met any other trainers with as much heart as Chris and Dominica. They really care about the quality of the training session & about the overall well being of each individual they work with. They specialize and adjust each workout to fit specifically for what you need and to help reach your own goals. They'll also give you feedback and help with your movements to prevent injury and to strengthen you. Specifically, I work with Chris for golf and body movements to prevent injury, to get a faster swing speed, and more distance off the tee. I've gained at least 10-15 yards with my driver since I've been working with Chris & have been able to prevent and work through injuries with his help. I'm so grateful for everything he has done for me to help me grow stronger & get better every day. 10/10 recommend!

It is with great pleasure I write this review for my Personal Trainer Chris Tran of 3+ years. The expertise and guidance Chris provides through my strength and wellness training sessions (3 days wk) have been beyond amazing. His consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently. The results have been faster than expected. I trained with Dominica after a little layoff. She created a program based on the type of activity and goals I wanted. I was able to get back into the groove at a good pace while improving my mobility immensely. She was very knowledgeable which helped her pinpoint whatever was causing the issue and target it directly.

10/10 would recommend everyone to train here. This place is great! Dominica is as knowledgeable as she is personable. I came to her looking to refine my skill and technique in OLY lifts. She delivered unfailingly. I saw my maximum loads increase over 20% in just a few short weeks. Whether you are just starting out or have been training for years and are trying to break barriers i highly recommend this place. Your investment will be returned 10 fold.
