I was a little worried with the mixed reviews, but couldn't stand my piano being so broken. So, I finally called them.Everything went super great! They came to my house, took the key bed out and back to their shop for review. They called me as soon as they knew what parts were needed, were clear with estimates and time frame, and when they installed the key-bed back into the piano, it sounded amazing. Like it was brand new again. I can't believe I waited so long to get this done.”
