“4 weeks ago I had a phone call with this branch regarding a promotion on new bank account and missing credit that I was supposed to receive and never happened.
The lady on the phone, tried to help with my question and told me she will call me in the next 48 hours with a response from her team.
at this point I was like "Ok, she will never call me and I have to call them again and again and again to solve my problem."
She call me two days later and told me she doesn't have an answer yet and still working on it.
she called me next day and updated me on what happened at the time to opening the account and how my unique situation caused this error and how she's going to help me to circle it back to the branch which opened my bank account.
Eventually she submitted my case for further internal review and told me this may take up to two weeks to get a response from her upper managers.
and 4 days I got the official response, I got the credit that I expected and another call from her to make sure I'm happy with her customer service!!!
This level of professionalism is UNBELIEVABLE and her patience level is real asset for US bank! I have experience with other banks and other US bank branches too. but I have to admit this was a top notch assistance.

“I went inside chase bank today, I usually just use the atm outside. Inside it looks nice and clean, very well kept. The line was long too, on a Friday around 2 pm. But at least it was moving at a decent pace. Only two tellers, the one we dealt with was Jessica. She was very kind, very friendly, and she was also quick with our transactions today. Parking was also a bit hectic, probably because people are buying groceries for this Christmas weekend!”

“I was in desperate need to wire an earnest money deposit for escrow for my first home purchase! Despite the negative reviews, I visited this branch because I had been here before and had a great experience.
Due to my appointments and schedule I only had this time slot to try to go and wire the deposit. I went up to the counter and met Ingrid Jayasekara. I told her the situation and she was very understanding of the urgency and tried to see if I could meet with the manager. He didn't have any openings that day, but she tried to squeeze me in for a later time. Unfortunately, I had a meeting coming up and couldn't meet at that time either. She thought for a second and told me to come with her. She took me to her office where she fast tracked the entire wiring process. She jumped through hoops and showed her experience as she found ways for me to get it done even without my BofA debit card.
She got the entire process done seamlessly and in under 30 minutes. She saved my butt that day and showed me a level of customer service I haven't seen since pre-Covid.
THANK YOU, Ingrid! You are such an asset to BofA and you made my entire day.”
