This is the Worst customer service experience I've ever had from the app, to my local restaurant to their corporate help line. I ordered for delivery through their app which 5 items were missing and one defective. I tried calling the store who was assigned the order and they were unwilling to resolve the missing and defective items. I ended up having to place an order to replace said items at another nearby location. its been two weeks since this incident and after multiple online submissions and 3 phone calls I have yet to receive a refund on the items i ended up having to pay twice for. I cant believe how unbelievably hard is is to resolve my order issue. I wish i could rate 0 stars.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant the del taco on lakeshore in lake Elsinore. They forget something 9/10 time and cannot get a receipt from them unless you ask multiple times. The manager Jessica also had the audacity to tell me they put the missing item in my bag even after I explained to them multiple times that the item was not there. I typically do not even call to complain about the missing item but this time I decided to call them so they could make it right. But instead they just said I was lying without actually saying I was lying. Just kept telling me over and over that they put it in the bag. Maybe they did put it in a bag but not any of the bags they gave me. Sad!

Is it your policy to only take one coupon per car? In Corona on Main about 6 pm. The manager said the register would only take one coupon. Can they take another order? You lost my business, Felt like he was making excuses. Don't even try to accommodate the customers?

I had done a mobile order for two people. When I got home, realized that my entire part of the order was not even there. The new Birra Quesadilla with sauce. I tried calling the store, at least a dozen times, they answered twice and hung up on me both times before I could state why I called. Very unprofessional and rude. I adont have a vehicle so it takes a while to get back down there.Phoenix, AZ 19thave and Glendale store

So I’ve had an extremely bad experience at the Del taco location in Modesto, California on Mitchell Road and Whitmore. I ordered chili deluxe fries I only received regular chili fries. I went back to correct the mistake that they had made and they did not want to fix my order they wanted me to pay extra in order to get the order right that they messed up, everyone in the establishment was cool except for the one Caucasian girl with blonde hair and blue eyes approximately 5 foot 4,5 foot five who had an extremely nasty attitude with me and refused to correct my order . She also refused to give me her name, refused to contact a manager, and also refused to give me a phone number to contact to correct this issue. She displayed a horrible sense of professionalism. My fries were missing tomatoes, onions, and sour cream. She looked me in my face and told me that she was not going to put that on my order without paying for it even if they messed up. The crew that’s on staff today I did not have a problem with except for this one girl her attitude was extremely nasty and I will never shop or buy any food from this Del taco again. I’m leaving this review because I could not get into direct contact with corporate today because it is Saturday. They will not be open until Monday and I will be following up then. I will also be back to this location to speak to the manager and get this young ladies name and information so I can pursue things properly. My opinion, she does not need to be working!

Change the #1 back to how it was tired of arguing with staff every time. Last night your Temecula store argued with me the “Customer” in the drive through. Not only holding up other customers but charged me for each item instead of a meal. Nobody wants fries with their tacos the quesadilla was fine how it was. On top of that I ask for it to be crispy was barely cooked while being a snack one. That’s not what I ordered but definitely will not be going back.

Speaking as a former employee of deltaco the place sucks. Good is pretty good. However, the workers, mainly the management is terrible.. wouldn't recommend to work there BUT I would recommend their food

I decided to try the new Birria Tacos and Birria Ramon at the La Verne Store. Tacos literally only had 1 teaspoon of beef (teaspoon NOT Even Tbl)! It was like eating 2 plain corn tortillas not even enough cheese between the tortillas to taste! The price was more than a restaurant which Specializes in Birria. Where’s the beef? The Consume was Cold for the Tacos and the Ramon. The Consume did have some flavor . Neither had enough beef to evaluate its flavor.I don’t expect high quality in fast food but these are really Pitiful! Not worth trying people! I would be embarrassed to serve these if I worked in Corporate or one of the stores. My suggestion is if you can’t do it Right don’t attempt it.When you’re introducing a new item it should be exceptional and it wasn’t even mediocre. Quit being a disappointment and take it off the Menu!

Unbelievable the prices for the new baria tacos. Went last night to order qty 4 of them w sauce. When I pulled up to pay $19.73 I said no thank you. Left what concerns me is when everybody's pay is going to go up in April for fast food workers. You know what that means? Prices go up again before you know it. No one will be able to afford to go out anymore. And on top of it now they charge for secret sauce not going back del Taco his ruin their reputation with me. And charge now for secret sauce. I'm done with del Taco.Adios !!!

I'm a loyal valued customer,but I have moved to Big Stone Gap Va 24219. It at all possible could you guys open store out here .I miss the food .I moved out of CA. In 2019 . doesn't hurt to ask .
