The experience I had with the pharmacist at CVS was beyond frustrating. Despite everything, they still managed to get a rating above zero, which baffles me. The staff, she demonstrated a shocking lack of ethics, treating patients with disdain and disrespect. I do not know how they got her hired and I really think she should be fired due to her negligence on the patients. This behavior is not just unacceptable; it’s appalling. CVS should seriously reconsider allowing such behavior to continue, as it poses a serious risk to patients’ well-being.

This CVS pharmacy is crazy. My dentist prescribed me an antibiotic, but they gave me two instead. When I picked up the medication, I asked if taking five antibiotics a day wouldn't harm my liver. I confirmed it countless times, and they still insisted that I take them this way. My dentist said that it's common sense that a doctor shouldn't prescribe two antibiotics at once. They didn't even know this and almost caused a medical incident. Yet, they still refuse to refund me. Stay away from here. They are extremely careless with people's lives. It's terrifying

I go to this cvs very often & idk why they get so little ratings bc they are always super friendly when I walk in & always in the front to help when I check out. The store is organized & clean. A lot of room in between isles so thank u CVS 4 your friendly service!!

This pharmacy is a joke, I have never had a good experience here and all of the staff needs a reality check. Tammy the pharmacist was incredibly condescending and had a horrible attitude. She was no help in terms of looking for a prescription they didn't have, she said to ordered to another pharmacy and I called later and said they had nothing. Cvs truly needs to do better with picking their staff, go anywhere else but here.

Hours need to be updated they say it closes at 11 pm online. We had 4 people standing outside waiting. Update the hours for this store.

I like CVS overall, but THIS particular CVS is just the worst. They always seem to be out of stock on just about everything I need. I have to keep coming here because it's near my house, but I usually walk away empty handed, or get something kind of similar to what I was looking for. I can't believe I have to go out of my way to other CVS locations time and time again, just because management here can't do their job. As you can see from the other low reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. It's long past the time for these guys to get their act together.

Tonight I was looking for eye drops for a stye and the store was out of it so I went to the front of the store to ask. The first cashier didn't seem to understand what I needed nor did she ask if she could help and the other cashier, an older woman, says 'we don't get shipments until Wednesday' (which doesn't do any good). Your customer service is terrible and the store is run down and no surprise it gets an average two star review, especially when staff are completely unwilling to help which makes for a truly awful customer experience.

Very horrible experience tried to get some pictures printed they would not help whatever they said it was a self serve and they didn’t help as she was sitting on her butt doing absolutely nothing. Horrible experience manager should be fired for hiring someone like that.
