The services rendered by this establishment are lamentably subpar, to say the least. Their egregious conduct encompasses overbilling for data usage, coupled with perennial network outages resulting in abysmal coverage. The quality of their service is unequivocally poor, paralleled by the abysmal value it offers. I highly advocate seeking alternatives such as T-Mobile home internet or any other provider. Cox, in its current form, operates as an exploitative enterprise, seemingly on a path to obsolescence should they fail to rectify their predatory business practices that consistently exploit their clientele. My assessment warrants no commendation whatsoever.

The store itself is slow and inefficient, just like it's COX internet service.(Save your time by not stopping by here, you could just do whatever you want online )The biggest problem of Cox however never be resolved ~ which is that it is monopoly at certain areas like Irvine or Lake Forest . For unlucky people like me, we have just no choices but taking the expensive and outdated Internet services.

Last Saturday I got there 10' after store closed at 6 pm. Few worker still there talking. One guy sat next to the door . I asked him to open the door just 1 second regarding to new phone information...but he kept tell me we closed....I walk away to my car suddenly I saw him took a pictures of me or my car. ..am not sure. I try to take his picture to complaint to his boss but he laughing and turn around towards the other workers. I agree with previous comment that they are very rude, I got there twice but I never want to come back. They do not care customer at all.

Just picked up our equipment and the guy working there was rude, very poor customer service. We asked a question about the pricing and he gave a very vague short response and didn’t bother saying “have a good day” he just handed our equipment box and said “here”. One of the girls working there was sitting down and sleeping on the couch they have inside. The equipment we picked up was really dirty and not cleaned.

We all know where cable is going. Down! Cell phone providers offing internet and streaming companies taking 20,0000 customers a day is destroying cable. They did it to themselves. Cox had horrible customer service, rates increased 70% over night and consistently dropping internet. I tried to stay loyal to cox even after all that. It's been 3 weeks since i requested internet and I still do not have a scheduled date let alone internet installed. Moving ll services to AT&T. Cox is a sinking ship. Get off the boat quickly.

Cox keeps raising my rates, gives me "teaser" promotions that last a few years then it expires and my new bill is SO expensive. My bill has gone up to $210!!!! It is ridiculous.Its not like I am constantly getting raises at work to afford this nonsense.I do not have many options in my area.I am thinking about canceling my service.When I mentioned this to agent, they certainly did not fight to keep me as their customer, it was "ok" see ya later attitude.Long time, loyal customers get no breaks.

Why does it cost $250 for WiFi and basic cable like channels 2-13 that's it !!!! It's sad that being a customer for over 45 years doesn't get you anything .. I am looking for another cable and internet provider now

I have had the most terrible experience with Cox business. I had a 3 year contract with them that ended last year. I called them and they asked if I sign another 3 year contract they will keep my rate the same. I did! A huge mistake! In the fine prints (written by lawyers and for lawyers), it said that if I break the contract, I will be responsible for all the monthly payment (in full) until the end of the contract! This is akin to slavery! I cannot switch. I am now paying more than double the price for half the rate that I can get from an alternative provider which has no contract and guarantees that the price will never change! This is highway rubbery and bad business practice! Buyers beware of Cox and its deceitful tactics, business practices, and contracts!Here is the relevant part of the contract in very small print and the 3rd page of the contract:"3. Termination Customer may terminate any Service before the end of the Term selected by Customer above in the Service Terms upon at least thirty (30) days written notice to Cox; provided, however, if Customer terminates any such Service before the end of the Term (except for breach by Cox), unless otherwise expressly stated in the General Terms, Customer will be obligated to pay Cox a termination fee equal to the nonrecurring charges (if unpaid) and One Hundred Percent (100%) of the monthly recurring charges for the terminated Service(s) multiplied by the number of months, including partial months, remaining in the Term. Cox may terminate this Agreement without liability at any time prior to installation of Services if Cox determines that Customer’s location is not reasonably serviceable or there is signal interference with any Cox Service(s) according to Cox’s standard practices. If Customer terminates or decreases any Service that is part of a bundle offering, the remaining Service(s) shall be subject to price increases for the remaining Term. If Customer terminates this Agreement prior to installation of Service by Cox, Customer shallbe liable for Cox’s costs incurred. This provision survives termination of the Agreement."

I was not happy with the way the treated customer. Not friendly and unprofessional. They increased the bill with no explanations and when I went to the store to fix the bill they were not helpful and cooperating with me . I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

The Entire Staff here is very courteous and kind. They helped me with technical questions efficently. Then they gave me a cable splitter, 2 cable connectors, and a 4' roll of cable just in case I needed it. Saving me a trip to home depot. Great Service! Thank You

Store hours are listed incorrectly. They do not open at 8 am. I went at 9 am based on online info. Two guys were in there, they wouldn’t open to let me return equipment and they did not answer the phone when I tried calling.

Stopped into the Cox store to transfer my service to my new home. AB was very helpful, and his customer service skills were stellar. I was very pleased with AB's efficient and expedient processing of my order and confirmation of my scheduled installation. A very nice store and very attentive staff. Recommended

went to cox to get our internet changed to a different account and we had the pleasure of working with Freddie ! Made us feel so welcomed and was extremely helpful ! would recommend this store to all my friends :)
