My husband took my daughter to be seen. They told him her insurance was not in-network. When the Anthem website shows it is in-network. Spoke to the insurance company Anthem and they also confirmed this urgent care was in-network. Whoever is working the front desk needs to get there facts straight and do their due diligence. He left to have to take her to another urgent care further away because someone did not do there job right.

I've been here before for pre-employment screenings so in very much aware of the wait and generally don't have any complaints. When I was told it'd be a 2 hour wait today, I told them I understood and was completely fine, since it is busy. However, a patient who checked in after me for a similar workup told the staff they needed to use the restroom, which was important for their screening. The rep at the front went back, spoke to someone, and then pulled that patient back. He then proceeded to tell me that I would be next. However, when I told him my issue with the fact that I needed to use the restroom too, he said that everyone was there for various reasons. The front rep needs some training on not being condescending and contradicting himself. Yes, we are all there for treatment. But he shouldn't be showing people preferred treatment.

Awful waits, uncommicative front desk staff, incompetent and rude PT, and 30 second dr visits where not a single body part is actually evaluated and concerns are not listened to.

Overall the interaction was a TEN! The ONLY issue was that I specifically asked if there was anything I needed to take with me at the end of my visit and I was told no.Come to find out from another office, I did.There was also nothing scanned in the system for the other office to view upon my arrival.Less distractions in the front office could have helped my visit be more efficient.Doctor and Nurse were fabulous!

VIP service. There were computer issues beyond the office's control and the man and woman helping me (wish I know the names!) kept working at alternatives so the test would get out and meet the deadline. It really made a difference for me and I appreciated them communicating with me and really put forth their best work. Thank you.

The staff is excellent. Very trained to do their jobs well. As a travel Radiology Technologist I have to go to get screened alot and this is the BEST place, most efficient place I've been to. Highly recommend

Reception was friendly and helpful and respectful of privacy. Pre-employment testing went well. Very comfortable, quick and efficient. Appreciated not having to wait very long.

My only concern and shortcoming with this Clinic is the wait time One spends sitting around and waiting. Although at the core of it this Clinic has improved tremendously in terms of quality of Customer Service, it still can be better when it comes to making Patients wait to be seen.

Really poor service and care here. Receptionist was rude, doctor was rude. I was in pain from a car crash and the response from the doctor I got was “were mainly workers comp, I don’t know what we can do for you.” MAYBE take the x-rays I asked/came for and tell me your professional medical opinion of what could be causing me pain?! What a concept huh?

9/12/23-approval to see physical therapist was not sent after appointment where doctor approved it. This delayed my car for two weeks of physical therapy where I was off work and just hanging out being hurt not getting better.8/29/23 I Waited 55 minutes before i was called back for accupuncture appt, it wasnt crazy busy, but still an unreasonable wait. Takes a while even if it seems empty. I politely asked how much longer 40 mins in and was told waiting for a room to open up. Wife waiting in the car and need to get the kids from school soon. This place need to book less or have more people or rooms.2019-People are nice thoroughl and they treated me well. Dr Harwer and Record have seen me and they were both great.

Nurse I worked with was AMAZING!! So friendly, personable and made me laugh! I was just there for a pre employment health scan but I felt like I got not only great info from doctor but also learned my eyes needed to be checked … made an eye appointment right after and sure did need some glasses! I got wayyy more then what I planned! ?? highly recommend this place for any needs or illnesses!!! 200/10 ⭐️

Dr Boss always an hour late or more. Did not do any thing for my injury a big waste of time and money a real rip off. Dr Boss did not really care for patients their was a lot of complaints in the waiting room with other of her patients

Quick and easy and helpful. I think I got lucky with the quick part because they told me I came in after a rush. But this was a good spot to get my TB test for work done

Wait times are very long at this place. Their 1.9 star rating on yelp is really telling of the quality of service you will receive at this medical facility. Doctors that work here are unreceptive to their patients, it's honestly disheartening. The whole point of becoming a doctor (for most at least) is to help aid the public with their needs, yet they are negligent of that. Personally, avoid this place if you love yourself even a little bit.

Extremely long wait time. Physical exam took more than 3 hours, on a walk-in only basis (no appointments offered). Waited more than an hour to get called in, nurse performed a 5-minute quick assessment, then again waited for more than 1.5 hrs inside the exam room to get seen by a doctor. Doctor came in an did a 2-minute quick evaluation to get me out soon cus he knows I had been waiting long. The staff and healthcare team try their best though and work hard despite a seemingly stressful environment. They strive to remain courteous and professional.
