My son is a competitive swimmer and he messed up his shoulder ( tendinitis) and Jorge was a rockstar! He set my son with some stretches and light weights after giving him a once over. Definitely would recommend! They know what they are talking about here!

Chris and his staff are great! I truly appreciate all that they have done for my goalie’s mobility and rehabbing an unfortunate concussion. Jenna has worked tirelessly to get him back on the ice. Communication is great. From Chris answering all my mom questions to Bethany in the front office helping gather paperwork. Five stars all the way! Highly recommended!

Chris & the Compete staff are absolutely incredible. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, & care specially for the athlete & their individual needs. Coming off from my second hip surgery, I reached out to Chris to help me get back to a high level. Coming from a D1 environment & in hopes to play professionally, their programming was top notch. They worked with me 4 days a week, put time & energy into me as an athlete & person, & allowed me to get back to playing the sport I love again. If you are looking for return to sport program, or just getting strength work for your upcoming season, compete is the place to go! Thank you Chris & the compete team for everything!!

Compete Performance is unequalled in their approach to rehab/PT and performance training. Chris and his staff evaluated my condition and not only addressed my ankle and knee but identified the actual cause of my issues being my glutes. As a result, they put together a program to rehab my knee/ankle and strengthen/develop my glutes to prevent future injury and enhance my overall fitness and health. No one else does this.

Chris and his team are the best! My sister and I have been coming to Chris for the past 3 months and absolutely love every work out! He focuses on every muscle and caters to what sport you play & he will correct you when you’re wrong! We love compete! My wife and I have worked out at Compete Sports Performance and Rehab for about 3 years. Before that our kids worked on and off with Chris. I like the personal attention they give to us. They personalize your training to fit your needs. I work on core and weight training. At 74 they have made a huge difference in my lifestyle. I get a good work out and have fun doing so. Chris, Jenna, Robyn, Bryce are literally a big giant family! I love the environment that they run! I've seen great results with my performance every single week and I always have a blast with my workouts! 10000000% recommend for kid athletes and professional athletes as well. They have the right knowledge that can further advance you and your performance. DEFINITELY give them a shot. Worth it! Love my sessions!

Chris Phillips could have easily called his facility Complete, as he and his staff strive to get a comprehensive look at each client with a focus not just on what is going on now, but why did an injury occur and what can be done to prevent problems in the future.
