I just completed my fourth home purchase transaction in my lifetime and have completed a number of mortgage refinance transactions over the years. Franco provided absolutely the best service I have ever received from a mortgage provider. Questions were always answered faster than expected and updated pre-approval letters were turned around in a rapid manner in a difficult home finding process. On the processing side, Annette and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. If you've been frustrated with mortgage lenders in the past, this is the place for you.

Franco and Coast 2 Coast mortgage company are awesome!! They help funded my home 8 years ago, and still remember me, when i contacted him again recently for refinance inquiry. Great rate and services, with lots of patience answering my questions. Underwriting process was super fast and efficient, with an easy to use system for documents uploading. I will definitely come back to Franco and the company for my future mortgage needs.

Had to leave another review for the best in the business! This time as a borrower.Coast 2 Coast, specifically Franco and Annette are the absolute best at what they do. They just closed my refinance last month and saved my family nearly $400 a month. Basically given me my last mortgage on my home.Franco never promises something that he cannot deliver on and Annette is always on top of anything that comes up.Thank you so much C2C! I loved working with Coast 2 Coast! Franco was patient with me as I collected my paperwork, not to mention attentive and responsive when I had questions or concerns!Annette did an AMAZING job getting my documents through underwriting and processes it my loan quickly! I had a flight to catch and they expedited my documents and I was able to make my flight! Kudos to this great company that not only has great customer service, but I got a GREAT interest rate on my refi!

I recently refinanced through Steve and Christina and the entire process was smooth and simple. They were great about responding back quickly whenever I had a question. I have been working with Steve since 2011 and he had taken care my of my mortgage 4 times. From initial where my building has a serious litigation and he is the only one out of six brokers that can made it happen, to help me cash out refi at the lowest possible rate. Most recently where it was impossible to finding an appraiser, Steve and team make it happen and I was able to close. And beside giving sound advises, he is responsive to all my emails and call. I feel valued. Also wanted to add that Jamie is also super helpful and facilitating all my documentations and questions. I give them 100% of my recommendations for anyone who need a loan!
