While I think they are trying, my recent Movie Wonka messed up right in the middle and we had to schedule another showing as they couldn't fix the problem. I believe in second chances, but because they don't offer all of the services that other Cinemark's do Nationwide (restaurant, bar), they have it tough against Cineopolis & New Regals that have these services. Theater was empty and I really like when there's a good crowd.

Seats are pretty tight together, but they've always been that way...not cinemarks fault. Popcorn is usually lukewarm neutral taste, chewy, not fun! Seems rather empty most times I'm there. Looking for more interesting spots in the future

Yeah, we are a member of the Cinemark club, which is great. We have no theater in Temecula, but we go to Palm Desert enough to enjoy the Palm Desert and La Quinta locations once a month. We decided to branch out and try this theater, it was the same distance from us as the La Quinta, Rancho Mirage locations. Bad decision, the theater our movie was in was tiny, and smelled like people in the previous movie had thrown up all over the place, it wreaked. We had some popcorn, which was ok, but the candy we bought literally only was filled up half way in the box......not their fault, but really lame. The seats are squished together, and look like they are sirca 1997. We won't be back, ever.

Disappointed. Was excited to hear cinemark took over this former Edwards location. I've been to other Cinemark locations, was hoping this would live up to the standard of the other cinemark locations I've been to. The place was closed for a short while, was hoping the seats were changed out. Instead, found the same old dingy, uncomfortable seats and theatre. What a waste.

Not one to complain, but since they've taken over Regal, it's gone WAY downhill! 1) my son had to go and ask them to turn down the lights 5 minutes after to movie started. 2) the ceiling had missing tiles and one even dangling by a thread. (Theatre #1) 3) the sound track was way too loud...just a terrible experience.

Building interior was unchanged. Same building, different owner. Unclean, unkept, and in serious need of repair and upgrade. Free refills and reclining seats are standard in most theaters in OC. Seats were dirty, broken, and squeaky. Restrooms were disgusting. Never seen a place so deserted, understandably why. Prices are same as any other theater. Would not recommend, would not come again.

I was not a fan of this theater. It was dirty, trash left from the previous show. No fun movie boards for pictures. The worst part was paying $8 for a small bag of popcorn! Then they played almost 30-35 minutes of previews before the movie began. The first 1/2 of the previews the screen wasn't working. We had to go tell them that it wasn't working too.

Great theater. Very clean with comfortable seating. The reason for only 3 stars is because they don't give drink or popcorn refills like everyone else.

First time back since it was regal. It was an absolute mess!! Go into theatre there was no sound went to concession stand told young guy he seemed confused. Went back to theatre waited at least 10 minutes finally came on but it was so loud. Left theatre again to advise too loud said they were going to fix it and nothing happen, So frustrating went out again requested manager she said she would go check personally. So went back to theatre and it was like another 10 mins. All I can say it was horrible customer service!!! I hope they can fix for future movie goers definitely was not a pleasant experience.

Joke of a theater. They couldn't even bother renovating the run down location that used to be a regal. Not to mention their movie pass is trash in comparison to the previous owner. Not recommended

The decision staff didn’t seem happy they were there! I’ve been to Cinemark in Northern California and they have recliners. I was hoping for a fresher place at least.

Great place to see a movie with so many films to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy ticketing and plenty of parking.
