Store hours say they close at 11pm today 4/29 , when I arrived they turned off the lights. I arrived at the location 10ish. Never coming to this location again

If I can give zero stars I would!!! Worst experience at this chevron. I went in to pump gas and the gas fuel would not stop running so I went ahead and told the older lady with the dog about what just happened. I was not asking for a refund, I was letting her know so she can put an out of service sign instead she accused me of purposely spilling gasoline on the floor and wasting my money just because. First she had said it's raining and it's just water which it clearly smelled like gas! Afterwards she said she was going to put her car in the same pump to see if it happened again. Then walked to my car and told me "I pumped $20 and nothing happened so it was you!". I was pumping a full tank so how is that comparing to the $20? I was watching her the whole time and she did not pump gas so she lied on top of that! At the point , I was very irritated and wanted to speak to the manager about how rude this lady was which then the lady proceeded to tell me "girls like you don't work and only want to get their hair done" when I clearly was wearing my work clothes. I asked her to see the video footage of the incident and said it was going to take days!! How? If the incident just occurred? They told me the manager was going to contact me so I can express my concerns which she never did! Not to mentioned I had told her once before she cannot smoke a cigarette next to the pumps for safety reason and she did not care! I will never pump gas at this particular gas station. Worse customer service! She needs to be held accountable and fired.

Cashier lies and says he doesn’t have enough cash for me to redeem lotto scratchers. As if I can’t see all the cash in the drawer when he opens it up. Don’t shop here.

This place is a DUMP! Half the pumps don't work. The other half don't issue a receipt so you have to go inside. Nothing is clean. I made the mistake of getting a car wash. I should have figured it out why the place was a ghost town. I have no idea how this place remains in business. Who would return after one time?

Junk of gas station! I had to change to the different pumps because just didn’t have the gas I get for my car. 2nd one, didn’t take my rewards number & the cancel button never worked, I had to wait until the system canceled the transaction. 3rd, didn’t take my rewards number & didn’t have the gas I wanted , either!, & cancel button didn’t work, like the other!, & I had to wait till the machine canceled my transaction! I just wasted my time & had to move the car ask over the junk of place! Never will come back to that place!!!! It was another mistake, again, stopping by there. My first visit was a bad experience, too, with the car wash & interaction with their personnel, a guy!

Car wash mashing hit my car and the lady running the place accused me of breaking the car wash and refuse to refund me or let me through the car wash again. I guess following the machine prompts is not good enough for this car wash. Maybe I needed a crystal ball to anticipate what the car wash wanted me to do. This place is a disaster.

Andres was a complete waste. What an awful person. I will never come to this gas station ever again. This man was so rude and completely unhelpful. Please get rid of this person before he causes you more loss of funds

Today was car wash day and I always like to go to this place since it is one of the best in the area. I like it because it doesn't use brushes and it doesn't scratch my car and it uses excellent chemicals and it always stays very clean. I recommend it aserquense and you will see the difference from other places, it is one of the best in the area. The staff is nice, they are very friendly and attentive ????

Used the car wash here today. The wash did a terrible job. There was still residue left on the car that the $14 wash did not remove. The wheels were still dirty, the windows still were dirty and there were water drops all over even though it was supposed to be non existent with the Platinum wash. The vacuum didn't work and there was no visible sign of it being out of order. This used to be a car wash with attendants but it no longer has anyone managing the car wash. I think the owner should refund my money. I had to go to another car wash to have this cleaned the right way.

I am going to this car wash since ever, is the best in the area, use the best Chemicals, my car looks always clean and perfect. I recommend 100% and all the staff always are friendly and kind. I really appreciate they hard work.

As big as the store is only a few options of products . Hot food is never served and the general snack product is highly over priced on daily basis .
