I went inside chase bank today, I usually just use the atm outside. Inside it looks nice and clean, very well kept. The line was long too, on a Friday around 2 pm. But at least it was moving at a decent pace. Only two tellers, the one we dealt with was Jessica. She was very kind, very friendly, and she was also quick with our transactions today. Parking was also a bit hectic, probably because people are buying groceries for this Christmas weekend!

Chase indiscriminately rejected 2 of my credit card purchases, even after I told Chase it was a legit purchase. Farah at chase said "We do it for your protection ". What a load of BS. I asked what algorithm chase uses to deny transactions & she said it could be because I never bought anything from that company before. Seriously ??? She said she would look into it & will reply. 2 weeks later , I was at the bank to see why I did not get a response. "duhhh, she's not here. We will leave a message for her". That was more than a month ago, still nothing.

I would never bank with chase ever again they have horrible customer service and they do not stand by what there employees say. Do not trust this bank

Before going to this location, I tried two different chase locations to get help but none of them were willing to help. One associate gave me customer rep number and after waiting on the line for 30 minutes they hang up on me. The other woman at a different location had no idea what she was doing. Left frustrated and with none to little hope gave this location a chance. Their manager introduced me to this banker with a VERY pretty smile. This Persian girl with beautiful hair and smile is not just beauty but also brains. Not only did she fix my problem, but also helped me open my savings account on my phone within 5 minutes. An international wire transfer I sent online went lost and nobody knew how to deal with it. This young lady was not just confident about what she was dealing with, she convinced me that chase was truly a place where they care. She called me and confirmed the details the same day which was very relieving. Chase needs to hire more people like her. Shoutout to the pretty young lady, my apologies , I didn't get her name right. They are now my go to location and I will continue my business with chase because of people like them.

This review is for Gabbi, the Manager. Dear gabbi I am the customer who left the orange bag on your desktop, and drove back to pay for a meal at IHOP. There were two charges you Chase, cancelled because they were both large amounts with an unknown debt company. I was returned to your Chase and talked with the Cashier about why Debit Card was cancelled and she reported some fraudulant activity. I explained how I was working with an IT company who produced web sites and they charged large amounts. So please pay those two amounts. Now I discovered that my known debt Company does not use the name of the company charging my Checking Account and so, the two amounts 9,500 and 9,900 should be blocked. Like you originally did. Made a claim for a disputed charge and requested new card over the phone. Went to the branch to set up google pay with my new card. It usually automatically updated. Was helped by a private services rep. He must not like helping poor people. This person with initials A Kramer could use some better customer service skills. At least with us poor people. He may be nicer to his more affluent, net worth customers but all I got was attitude. He wasnt very nice and somewhat rude. Wont be going to this branch again and still didnt get my issues resolved. My co worker who came with me wasnt helped and even noticed his attitude.

Was such a surprise to find this fairly newly opened chase branch. Located in the same plaza as Ralph's. Excellent customer service. Was in and out in no time.
