Don’t bother with the bank clerks. They’re rude and demeaning. Never going back. Yikes! Only go here for the indoor ATM. The outdoor one doesn’t work and hasn’t for 4 months. Truly a disaster. Horrible service and one atm that only works sometimes. Never stepping foot inside this location again. If you have no choice ask for the manager and refuse anyone else. You’ll save so much time. It’s truly crazy. Also, they only cater to rich clients so don’t bother otherwise. Good luck!

I went inside chase bank today, I usually just use the atm outside. Inside it looks nice and clean, very well kept. The line was long too, on a Friday around 2 pm. But at least it was moving at a decent pace. Only two tellers, the one we dealt with was Jessica. She was very kind, very friendly, and she was also quick with our transactions today. Parking was also a bit hectic, probably because people are buying groceries for this Christmas weekend!

I just come here for the ATM. I don’t think I have ever been inside the bank location. But the ATM has always been in good working order! No complaints with that!

This is a fantastic Chase Bank location. I was stunned when I originally pulled up this Yelp business profile and saw a 2-and-a-half-star aggregate average but then I saw it has 8 reviews in 4 years mainly by what seem to be hater troll accounts and one self-described "poor person". I frequent this location about as often as the Woodbridge location in Irvine and both are aces in my book. This location is relatively new, quite clean, and although they only have 2 agents available for walk-ins, they are about as efficient as possible and move the lines as best they can. There are also 2 ATM's on site and they will convert currencies to order (this takes roughly 2 days). If you don't want to bother with the hectic parking scene in this corner of the plaza just park closer to Ralphs and let everyone else back out recklessly into each other's path. Bonus tip: There is a man with a cart on the weekend mornings selling incredibly fresh fruits & juice on the otherside of the landscaping.

Chase indiscriminately rejected 2 of my credit card purchases, even after I told Chase it was a legit purchase. Farah at chase said "We do it for your protection ". What a load of BS. I asked what algorithm chase uses to deny transactions & she said it could be because I never bought anything from that company before. Seriously ??? She said she would look into it & will reply. 2 weeks later , I was at the bank to see why I did not get a response. "duhhh, she's not here. We will leave a message for her". That was more than a month ago, still nothing.

I would never bank with chase ever again they have horrible customer service and they do not stand by what there employees say. Do not trust this bank
