After trying Seafood City - Atlas for Balikbayan shipping boxes they are always out of stock. Paul had them
In stock and offered to pick up the boxes the next day. SUPER nice guy.
I will be using him for all my shipping to the Philippines.

What a great service every time! Paul, the owner is very informative and easy to communicate with regarding shipment. I've had really great service compared to the other shipping company that service the Philippines. You can actually go online and track your package. Every time you have a shipment, you will get another box replacement free. Also, you can schedule Paul to come pick up your box when available. I have shipped two times, and one received from the end receiver. They were really impressed with the service provided in the condition the box came in. I highly suggest using the courier service and Paul is your guy!!!

I have been using their services for close to 20 years now (Paul, the owner, used to run it under the Postal Annex banner but at some point a long while ago changed). In all that time I've received consistently good and honest service. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to send your balikbayan boxes, I recommend them wholly.

I rarely write reviews. I needed to print and return something I bought online.. So I was in the area and found this business on Yelp. The gentleman at the front was so helpful, and nice... he was able to print my paper and help me find what I needed to send it back. Wasn't trying to up-sell me anything.. recommended the most affordable option.. however I made the choice to spend more for a tracking number.. because he was so nice and friendly.. I love supporting small businesses! Highly recommend anyone to this business! Whether your shipping out big or small items..

What an awesome place to ship! I contacted Paul for an estimate and brought my items to ship. When he checked the price, it was more than price he had quoted me, but he adjusted the price to match his quote without any arguments. He is very customer oriented and will be me go to for all my shipping needs. I highly recommend this place for all your shipping and moving needs. He sells packing material and you can actually book U-Haul here. It's a one stop shop.

I've been coming here for several years now. It a convenient location. Paul is always kind and helpful and the prices are competitive to other post box offices. He also rents Uhauls too for those needing to move.

i am an 87 year old male with many physical things wrong.i need to use a cane.i was standing and waiting in a long line to enter the store next to cast global.suddenly,cast global's door opened,and the manager,paul, brought out a folding chair for me to sit on.please use his services.it's VERY REFRESHING to know there are still people around like paul.bless him !!!

This place is awesome. I have shipped three international parcels over the last couple of months and each time Paul (the owner) was incredibly fair and honest on charges and delivery windows. It was significantly cheaper to do business with Paul than it was to go to the FedEx or UPS store who only wanted to quote book rates. That's why I am planning to move our corporate account to CAST Global Shipping & Freight. Great service, very friendly, and a local entrepreneur make this an ideal company to do business with.
