I just got the worst experience, racial profiling! I was getting my foundation face matched by a nice employee named Gracie. The manager told the security to tell an employee to take the perfume out of my sisters hands that they had handed to her and to tell her that she will not be walking away with anything without paying for it. Just for being Hispanic! So I ordered all my items I paid for to pick up at a different Ulta! Do not go to this Ulta with the worst management!

Great customer service and brow expert. They were able to fit me in last minute. Mimi was amazing! She took her time and she really is an expert. I love how she shaped my brows. I will definitely be returning to see her.

Morgan is awesome! She has waxed my brows multiple times and they have never looked better! My brows grow unevenly and she does a great job making them look more even and symmetrical. I’m so happy I have found her!

Great customer service morgan did a great job on my eyebrows very professional I was a little skeptical to have them done again but she did a really great job and gave me a lot of advice on how to let them grow out I will definitely have her do my eyebrows again

Rosali has now done my eyebrows on two different occasions and did a perfect job both times. She takes her time and is very detail oriented. I also appreciate that she takes her time afterwards to touch up my make up and pencil in my eyebrows. Now that I've found Benefit Bar, I'll never get my eyebrows done at a nail salon again. There's just no comparison. I would much rather spend more here and get a more quality job done that lasts much longer. So far, they always seem to run on time for appointments also.
