*this review is of the center itself, not the employeesA pointless financial center. Might as well just be an ATM. I visited a month ago to do a simple wire transfer for a home closing and was told I would need to make an appointment AND there would be no way to fit me in same day before wire cut offs.Came back today to make a withdrawal with a teller during my lunch break. I had to go in as my new ATM card is being mailed. Apparently they only have ONE teller and that teller was on break. I was 3rd in line and by the time I decided to leave (without cash) there were 5 parties behind me. Hey BofA! Your NET INCOME for 12 months as of Sept 2023 was $29 BILLION DOLLARS. BILLIONS. Here's a crazy idea, consider hiring an additional retail banking employees to meet your customers needs. Wild right?

Stupid idiots making d*** ignorant comments is unacceptable. Banks close on Federal holidays. So, those would be banking holidays, idiot! Almost all Federal holidays fall on Mondays. Look at the US HOLIDAY CALENDAR!!!!!!!

There was a lady called Shideh Persian who was very rude towards me, questioning my intelligence and did not respect me at all when I was requesting a simple transaction a simple deposit into my regular checking account paying cash her manager paty helped me eventually. What beautiful spirit paty was , understood exactly what I need and addressed it in the most professional way possible , bless her kind heart., She made my first time experience at this bank excellent. So sweet and caring and well mannered , for this reason I give this store five star otherwise because of Shideh and wait time I give one star. But I drank a bottle of water that was offered to me so it's ok that made me relaxed and cool down. I appreciate the head of tellers finally expediting my wait time as my husband was waiting for me in the car and I could not wait any longer.

Seriously this bank is closed even during ita hours of operation printed on their "updated" hours. Newsflash the pandemic lock down is over. Either go away or be a bank.

This branch is a joke. On the entrance door they have the branch hours from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday but when I got there on Monday at 3:30 pm the branch was closed with no message as to why they were closed earlier. See the attached for wrong business hours on their door.If they are going to close early then they should update on their door and app to avoid utter trouble to the customers like me.

The ATM machine is out of service; but it doesn’t say! So I placed my card into the machine and it got stuck. This was the California Middle Class Tax Refund and I needed this money for Christmas. I walked into the bank itself and the teller told me she can’t do anything. very inconvenient services.

I had $14,580 stolen out of a B of A ATM at their Northridge location. Despite overwhelming evidence proving that I wasn't even in the state of California when this theft occurred, B of A has now denied my claim 8 times....a person from the Claims Dept. Call Center even stated that she could pretty easily tell that the ATM footage is not me. I provided B of A with boarding passes, credit union statements, a police report, & numerous other documents and info...and they still denied it. On top of all that, there are massive class action lawsuits against B of A right now for the same exact nonsense that I've been going through with them. I highly suggest that if you're reading this, you choose any other bank to put your money in. B of A is not only incapable of keeping your money safe, but also incapable of doing the right thing should your money be stolen and your bank account be compromised. My attorneys are currently filing a lawsuit against B of A, which they've already done for an alarming number of other people. If you have gone through the same issue as I have, I suggest going on Google and just searching "Bank of America Class Action Lawsuit". You'll see numerous links pop up with the information regarding these lawsuits, as well as the legal teams who are working on this in multiple states. Call one of the law firms named in the lawsuit and get the help you need and deserve!!! It's time we hold this criminal corporation, Bank of America, accountable!!!! See you in court, B of A!!!!!!!

I just had like 1300-1600, Im not even sure the exact amount get stuck in the machine. I contacted BOA and they are working it out but I no longer trust the drive through atm to make deposits. I'll stick with dealing with humans when making large deposits for now on. UPDATE, been a hot minute and no update from this branch or BOA. I need my money its not like Im out $20.

Incredibly shameful behavior! Not only was the man who was opening late, but didn't notify me that they were only taking appointments. The blonde lady, who I can only imagine is a manager, had a terrible attitude and when I explained to her that I need her help, she walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. How can BofA allow such terrible treatment of customers? I've been with them for over 25 years and have multiple accounts. Ready to leave.
