Absolute worst customer service on the planet! Different staff every time I’m there. All the good staff leave. Finally had enough and went to a different bank. Can’t be less caring.

If I could go negative, I would! Believe me, don’t waste your time here, one of the worst customer services ever I’ve seen in my life. rudest BofA manager on this planet!!! I seriously suspect that this bank employee is racist and claims that he can't understand my English. Although I am of Asian descent,but I am also an American citizen. When I said I wanted to open an account, they kept asking me add or open.I said 3 times I want to open an account and deposite money. Their 1 stars review speaks for itself. This manager is not ready for the responsibilities placed upon them. Clearly, this was one of the most demeaning, condescending, and unprofessional interactions I have EVER had at a bank. Again, it is unprofessional, condescending, demeaning, and disrespectful. Then I went to another one mile away from here Mission Viejo. The manager there received me very patiently. I thought it would take another day to make an appointment, but with the help of the manager, He found David and completed the account opening that afternoon. Makes me very grateful.

We have banked at BofA for many years, and today, I had an appointment to complete a transaction at 2 p.m. I arrived early and was greeted by one of the managers and explained that I was in the area and was early for my 2 p.m. with Natalie Hernandez, Relationship Manager. I asked if it was okay if I sat in the lounge area until she was ready for me, and he replied, absolutely. Much to my surprise, Natalie Hernandez came and greeted me within minutes, introduced herself, and led me to her office. I must say Natalie has stellar customer service skills and is quite versed in her duties and responsibilities, but there was something else I must share. Natalie was quite personable and a pleasure to speak with while she completed my transaction. I was blessed to have met Natalie, and I shared some stories about my wife, children, and family, and we even spoke of some tasty restaurants, etc. Natalie is the proud mom of a 9 year old son, and we spoke of what a wonderful age that is and also about family values, etc. Keep in mind that this was all while Natalie processed my transaction. This authentic and caring trait is so refreshing in a young person who loves her job, career, and her family and strives to deliver the best in customer service for her customers.I highly recommend Bank of America on Lake Forest and stop by and see Natalie as she is the type of employee that any company would compete to get on their team! Authentic, knowledgeable, caring, and skilled!!!Thank you

May be the worst bank ever for standing in line waiting, and for the rudeness of the tellers. Have witnessed this several times. They have 1 or 2 tellers for 10+ people waiting in line while "supervisors" wander around. Not a new problem. Happens almost every time I go in there. Unfortunately I have an account there and it's too much trouble to change the bank. So I am doomed. My New Year's Resolution is to take the time and effort to find a new bank for this account.

*EDIT* As to the response from Bank of America's concerned message to me, I'd like to add I do not have social media accounts of those types (why would you offer a social media outlet to be a resolution, wouldnt a director of operations,corporate offices, customer retention department be more appropriate to have these matters addressed? Social Media) as stated below. Jokers!. It may be more convenient if I could be sent a phone # or e-mail not associated with social media to contact you.Financial Advisor? There was a simple assignment that was asked of a financial advisor, to open a specific account with simple instruction as to how the account should be handled. This is per order of the court. The 'advisor' decided not to regard the order, and opted to input the terms he felt fit. Even had to return 3 hours later after already being with the 'advisor' for over an hour for approval from a Manager that obviously doesnt screen these documents correctly to verify compliance with a Court Order! I cannot express enough frustration with this, and the need of this person to override court orders. If a Judicial Order is disregarded, imagine what's in store for the customers! DO NOT TRUST THESE JOKERS!

Horrible branch. Only one teller. In line for 30 minutes to make a simple deposit. There are more people here but no one else has the capacity to open up for cash deposits. Ridiculous

This is the best BoA branch I have ever visited. the manager "Chai" goes above and beyond to help the customers. They even stay open longer than any branch to help their customers. I am so thankful for the hardworking staff and the manager in this branch.

Wow-this place is an absolute mess! It's unfortunate that the wait to withdraw cash was over 30 minutes. Thankfully, I don't bank here and I was waiting for someone who does ... Bank of Waiting!!!

I genuinely think this company is trying to be the worst they can! I feel like most times I walk up to a BOA location they are closed with the doors locked even though it's during normal business hours. Not to mention when they are open the bank is a total s*** show. They need to be more like chase

I've not had a need to visit this location although I have an account here. Last Friday afternoon I had to cash a check. I waited 45 minutes in the line. I saw guys in suits walk around, the female manager stand around, but not one person approached us to tell us why there was only one teller on a busy Friday afternoon. On getting to the counter I asked why the one teller? The young, emotionless woman (never seen her before) responded that "I chose to come"! In other words it was my problem that I was there. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. At that point I lost it and said "I've been waiting in the Goddamn line for 45 minutes and is this all you have to say"? She then objected to my "goddamn" and threatened not to cash the check"! There was a heated exchange for a few minutes before the crowd told this individual to cash the check. Which she did but not before asking someone else to evict me from the bank. I've been a BOA account holder since 1991. My investment is with Merrill. I am a platinum honors member since 2019. To be treated like this by an inexperienced, rude, crude, emotionless & bland individual is the last straw. Unfortunately all OC locations appear to have very bad reviews, unlike the Benicia, CA location where I was an account holder for 20 years and had the best experience ever. I'd rate this location less than a third world category. They need a new manager and train their tellers. This individual (whose name I just can't remember) must be sent to charm school or fired.

The customer service at this branch is none existent. I asked a bank assistant manager(Stephanie Arroyo) today after attempting fewunsuccessful occasions to resolve a transaction with Tellers to help me out.No help and very rude.Not advised.She

Here you go, another One Star Negative Review!!! You guys SO DESERVE IT!!! Not accommodating not helpful AT ALL. Been here 3 times now for safe deposit box issue and they are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Been a customer for 12 years now with three total accounts with BoA and Preferred Member status still do Not Feel Preferred here Ever! Zero stars for this branch! Bank of America CEO or Higher Managing Person should pay attention to this branch and replace the managing staff here because This Many Negative Reviews cant all be wrong.
