Even more bad news. When my bill became finally viewable online, I found more erroneous charges on my bill. Somehow, the AT&T Store activated 2 watches in my account, and the charges were doubled. In total, AT&T added over $55 of erroneous, unauthorized charges to my bill. Some of them were monthly charges -- if I did not catch them, I would have been paying them every month...

Again, where's the option for ZERO Stars? The lack of consideration, knowledge and a complete waste of human existence..... The inability to take care of the simplest of requests with out a 45 minute wait, just to tell you they can't help you, and there's nothing they can do, and you'll have to contact another location- AT&T Service: Simply a complete disappointment as usual, and the lack of customer service is actually mind blowing-

The customer service in this store is atrocious. We purchased a cell phone and they had us open a new ghost phone line. As it turns out, we did not need another line. Then we had billing problems and got overcharged $800.00. We made two trips to the store for assistance, requesting help from the store manager. This last visit we were in the store for over two hours. We requested the store manager upon our arrival but were told she was busy and unavailable. The sales associate trying to help us, had only been there one month. Being told they couldn't help us, and that we needed to return home and fix the problem ourselves . It is not clear if the problem has been corrected, until next months billing arrives. Why in two hours, the store manager could not come out to assist us and show some level of customer service and taking care of their customers. We will not shop at that store again.

Horrible customer service at this store.I got a new iWatch, and signed up for a new service at the store. The store personnel tried to set the watch up for 2 and 1/2 hours and failed. Told me to come back in 2 days since my account got frozen for 48 hours due to the security hold (triggered in the process of trying to set up an account many times). The store manager indicated the cause of the issue was not a hardware issue but a network glitch on their end.When I went back to the store on the date of my appointment, a rep was reluctant to help. Kept on insisting that the setup issue was a hardware issue and advised me to return my iWatch to the vendor. Refused to call technical support. There was no other customer in the store. The 4 staff were busy chatting among themselves, but could not bother to make a phone call nor work through the setup. Edgar, who appeared to be the shift manager, also refused to help and told me to return my iWatch or call the customer technical support line on my own. Again, I wasted another 1 hour at this store, receiving very poor service. I was quite puzzled -- Why did they even have me come back to the store to complete the setup, to begin with?I went home and called the technical support. The technical support rep confirmed that the issue was indeed network-related and had nothing to do with my new watch. The rep was able to resolve the network glitch and set it up within a few minutes... I was glad that I did not return my iWatch for no reason whatsoever.

Perhaps T-mobile will have better customer service, more staff, and a better overall experience than what I have experienced at every AT&T location. This particular store is so under staffed that they close early and let you know by tapping a paper to their front door. To the 3 employees, I saw a walkout and straight up ignored me and pretended I didn't exist. Hopefully, corporate will get you more staff for this location to prevent. To current AT&T customers Perhaps give this particular store a call before making the drive here to see if they are even open. Today, they apparently close at 5 pm, not 9 pm.

Bad service... I want to unlock my phone to travel abroad, but I have to pay more because the contract has not expired. This was not the case with Verizon. If you want hassle-free service, don't choose AT&T...

Have tried to go there a few times in the past few months. If for no other reason, I'm a stock holder. Every time the service is terrible. I hang a round for a while and eventually leave. Maybe you'll have better luck.

ATT has changed the internet service at our business location and forces us to purchase a Netgear device which doesn’t work. I called them and stayed on the phone for over 90 min and didn’t get anywhere with them so decided to come to their actual store and their store manager named Liz been walking around and I asked for help she said the associate will help meMy response was there are 3 associates and all 3 are helping others so I said why can’t you help and her response was I don’t have to help you when there are associates around … for real ?? What a useless employee to run the business. No wonder why their reviews are so horrible
