I had a very bad experience here. The place is dingy and dirty. Seats are peeling, disorganized, etc. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with my technician as well. She made one of my toes bleed, and I've never had to stop someone so many times because of how painful the manicure was. I needed acrylics removed and she first attempted to do so by just digging underneath them and pulling them off. I was shocked. I had to ask her to use the proper tools. She also didn't know how to use those correctly because the burning and pain was so bad. Every time I brought it up, I asked why it was so painful. She ignored me the first four times. Finally I pulled my hand away entirely and said why is this hurting so much this has never happened before. And all she said was the tools can cause burning. I don't like posting negative or scathing reviews so I was going to keep this one to myself, but then this morning two days after my appointment I have throbbing pain in my ring finger - an ingrown which again has never happened after a manicure. I'm hoping it doesn't get worse or infected, but it started bleeding today. And this place wasn't the most expensive but it wasn't cheap either. I couldn't believe how bad it was. Additionally she stopped after my pedicure to do a full hair cut on someone else and I was just sitting there waiting for her to come back to do my manicure. She also switched the colors between toes and nails which I didn't ask for but at that point I just wanted to be done and get out of there. Lesson learned - don't just go to the closest place because it's more convenient. Look for quality.

Love this place. Daniel and Julie are hard working and devoted. Even though we moved away I still try get my hair done when visiting Orange County.

I loved working with Lisa! She was so kind and listed to what I wanted. She gave me a great cut and did my highlights. The color was a bit off after and I asked her if she could fix it for me. She took me first thing in the morning the next day, went above and beyond and made it more perfect all at no charge when she did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon and will become a regular customer

This place is conveniently a few minutes away and very affordable. I took my son here for a hair cut and he liked it. I liked it too - they are open on the weekend. I appreciate they accept appts. The price for boys haircuts have increased so much that I wish I could cut it myself but this place is very reasonable. The salon is not as modernized or upscale as other places but it doesn't bother us. I have a lot of hair and I really appreciate that they don't use a razor to cut my hair. I only need a straight trim or cut a few inches off the bottom - nothing too crazy but when someone uses razor - I end up seeing a few split ends. I noticed she used scissors from beginning to end for my hair. Awesome - I give her thumbs up for that. My son's hair was cut by the gentleman working in the salon. He was quick and after we described what we wanted, he delivered. It didn't take very long. Efficiently run place! When we made appt, we were received around the designated appt time. We would go again.

I'm really disappointed that I've come to this place six or seven times and each time I've been turned away. The problem is that it says walk-ins welcome outside, but they always ask you to make an appointment when you walk in and come back 5 or 6 hours later.

Daniel has been doing my hair for years. Everytime I go somewhere else he ends up having to fix it. He is the best. The lady's he works with are awesome too. I'm moving really going to miss you guys, probably end up flying back just to get my hair, nails & brows done.

Worst service ever. They made me sit with my wet hair for more than 40 mins. I went for my 1:30 pm appointment and got service only by 3 pm. Too much attitude and not even consider my concern.

I called in to make an appointment and they took me in the same day and to my surprise I was attended right away. I am absolutely satisfied with my hair results. I got a retouch and a cut.
