this company makes some pretty good fruit snacks like the mulberries & figs. the taste is okay but could be slightly improved.

I can't tell if this is a warehouse or a corporate office. Either way, it's not open to the public and you're not going here to get any food for sure. My mom had a bottle of Amphora's "Organic Roasted Red Peppers" in the fridge and I ate a few of them. Delicious, sweet, a little bit of a bite to them. Yummy! Sure, you can do all sorts of interesting things with them, but I put them on toast with a bit of taramosalata (from Krinos, reviewed separately) and it was awesome. Yummy! Ingredients are simple enough, "Organic Roasted Whole Red Peppers, Water, Sea Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid-E330)." And yes, I looked up "Citric Acid-E330" and found "Citric acid is a compound found in every living organism, as it is part of the key metabolic pathways in all body cells. Large concentrations are found in citrus fruits, kiwi, strawberries and many other fruits." So there.

These figs are absolutely the best packaged figs I've ever eaten. They remind me of the filling of a Fig Newton cookie. Absolutely delicious!

I purchased a package of soft dried Calimyrna figs at a local TJ Maxx. They were fabulous and I want more! I scrolled through your postings here and noticed that they are for sale on Amazon and I'm headed there now to get more!
