I've had a unit here for about 2 years now. So many good things about it keep me storing at AMS. The management and staff are great to work with, always providing outstanding customer service. Jesse, the property manager, runs a tight ship, and is always professional, friendly and helpful. The maintenance is kept up regularly... Always super clean, inside and out. Great people around this place. Prices are very reasonable. Love the location. The security system provides assurance that my belongings are safe at all times. It's been a pleasure doing business with all at American Mini Storage. Highly recommend storing at this facility. Thank you for all you do !

I've been an on and off again customer throughout the years and keep coming back to American Mini Storage in Lake Forest because staff has always been friendly and reliable, units are affordable and CLEAN and has been able to assist me when in a last minute jam. I'd recommend American Mini Storage to anyone looking for affordable, clean storage units in Orange County!

I’m so happy to have found this hidden gem of a storage facility. The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s nice to do business with a smaller company instead of the huge storage companies that don’t really care about their customers. I almost don’t want to review this business because I m not sure I want it to be overcrowded and that small business feel to change. I’m just lucky to have found American Mini Storage.

I called ahead to ask questions about availability, rates, how often they raise their rates, type of padlock I can use, security, hours etc before coming in. This saves time, gas, and gives me a sense of people I'll be dealing with since I'm interested in a unit for at least 6 months.I ended up with a unit and it's been great so far.The one thing I asked them is to let everyone know that they're building is not easy to find. Turn in when you see the sign and pass at least a couple of buildings before you see them.

Competitive pricing, gate opens early, closes late. Lighting fixture available inside storage. Best of all, customer service is A+++ (Thank you Jessi! I forgot another staff's name) . Highly recommended

I have been with this company for over 10 and I can honestly say that they are the best in the business and VERY fair and responsive. They also have very modest rent increases and are very reasonable, especially for the area. The property is always clean and everyone is very helpful. I've never had a negative experience. I think you can trust your belongings with them.
