I just started storing with AAA Quality Self Storage and my experience so far has been great. Barbara was super responsive and answered all of my questions before I even showed up on site. She walked me through the process, offered a few options and some great offers. Today was move-in day and she was there being super supportive again. Can't recommend her and the facility enough.

I can't say enough about our experience with AAA quality self storage. They're incredibly nice, but I really want to emphasize how clean and safe this facility is. It's modern, and not a spot of dust anywhere. The prices seem to be on par with others in the area, so to me, this was definitely worth every penny we paid to store our possessions when we were between houses. Their security system is legit; ask me how I know (I accidentally set it off and the second I opened the door to my storage unit an alarm blared throughout the whole facility. )But again, back to the personnel, they're very thoughtful and pleasant and our entire experience was excellent.

It's been almost a year since I became a client at AAAQuality Self Storage in Lake Forest. I find the place a rare find, a gem. in the world of today in which large corporations have gobbled out most of the storage businesses, it is refreshing to see that there are still moms and pops operations that are willing to stick it out despite all the hardship. Barabara Reed, the manager of this facility, runs it like a clock, efficient and clean. She is always ready to help and answer any questions and concerns one might have. I defienetly recommend this place, and suggest that you too support our local family owned businesses to preserve the identity of our communities.

The people who run this storage are professional and personable. It is incredibly clean and well run. The bathroom and elevator were always clean and in working order. The units were very clean, well sealed and had adequate lighting. There are fire sprinklers and hallway doors that seal off for security. They have both airconditioned and non-airconditioned units. They have reasonable rules for when and how you can enter the building and the entire place is monitored constantly. You can buy packing materials in the office. Heavy duty carts are available by the elevator for use in transporting items. The only difficulty was that parking isn't plentiful, however the building is located next to railroad tracks and at the end of a street, so that is probably good for security. The prices are similar to other storage businesses and as of now it is fairly expensive to rent a unit. Barbara Reed was always helpful. We appreciate the service of being able to store our items securely.

BED BUGS!! Beware! I would give negative stars if I could. When my family opened an account here the management at the front desk was different. Unfortunately since the change this business has seriously gone down hill. After leaving things in an air conditioned unit for almost three years all of my family’s things were riddled with bed bugs and ants. All of my grandmas things were ruined and most had to be thrown out. It truly cost thousands of dollars in damage. I would seriously stay away from this place and move out if you have a unit.

I would give negative stars if I could. My family rented a storage unit here when there was different management a few years ago. Since the change in management the place has seriously gone down hill. Barbara and Don Reed harassed my family while moving out of our unit here. I have never in my life experienced such horrific customer service. They were incredibly rude to my grandparents and Barbara actually screamed at my grandmother. Batanara Is also very nosey, I caught her looking around at our things when we left the unit alone for a moment. I hope the employees here can get the mental help they need. There is also almost no parking and no space to load/unload a truck. I would seriously stay far away from this place.

Several months ago I selected AAA Quality Self Storage in Lake Forest to store the contents of an apartment for several months. I recently started to move the contents to a new apartment. My entire experience with AAA Quality Self Storage has been excellent and could not have been better. The entire facility is amazingly clean and extremely secure. Also of worthy note is the information and assistance provided by Barbara of AAA Quality Self Storage. If you are looking for a storage facility in the Lake Forest, Newport Beach, etc., area, stop looking, this Facility will surpass all of your expectations. Thank you AAA Quality Self Storage. I needed a few months storage to hold onto furniture and other miscellaneous things. I just closed out my storage because it is no longer needed. AAA Quality Self Storage was very friendly throughout the entire process from opening to closing. They gave me plenty of options and found one that was perfect for my needs. I was offered both air conditioned and non-air conditioned storage. I chose a smaller space with longer access hours. I had no problems with the elevator and a cart was always available when I needed it. I will use them again when I need to store things.
