The new guy who’s got a problem with me for some reason (who looks like the meme in the other reviews) tried to scam me when I paid with my card by adding a fake tax and charging me way above the new California tobacco tax law, so I just called my bank and reported them for fraud and they immediately sent me the FULL amount back and said they would be looked into. Thanks for the free vape a******. But nice try tho ??

I've known yogi the owner for years now and has ALWAYS done me right and fixed any issue I've ever had with any product plus one of my good friend Trevor has worked there for years and has grown tremendously for the better. Amazing buisness right here!

They litteraly charge extra on your card. Under another “tax” however we asked them and they don’t charge a state and county tax and there tax is 12% which is 2.50$ this wasn’t an accident

This establishment has been a 5/5 stars since the first time I stepped through their doors in 2006.If you live in Lake Forest you have most likely been inside this shop at least once and I’m confident you’ve also had a great experience.

I came in here in a panic because my vape kept leaking. I had the best help from Trevor!! He fixed my vape and gave me the correct coil! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Trevor and I will only go here for now on!!!

One guy is very knowledgeable and helpful. The other guy is irritated you are there and gives you incorrect information. Then he'll blame you when he gives you the wrong item that you asked for.

Let's talk about Sean! He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. And he's cute haha! This shop has soooooo many juices! This was my 3rd stop at a vape shop tonight looking for my go-to juice, and they're the only ones who had it. Also, they're the only shop that stocks the specific coil I use. They literally have EVERYTHING! Combine Sean with the inventory of this store, and you have a vaper's paradise. This is my new favorite shop!

I usually go here for my vape stuff and the staff is great. Tonight I went in there and had questions about why my vape isn't working and the guy was so high out of his mind he couldn't form a sentence. It was basically down to yes or no questions. This man should not be operating a cash register at alone a car.... I'm guessing percs.

When using their points system by entering your phone number in, they will not honor the amount eligible to be redeemed. I had an amount that could be used on ANY PURCHASE. Total was $16, the cashier told the female manager I wanted to redeem my offer and she said that I couldn’t. So out of principle, I won’t be back for my 1-2 times per week purchases.

The store always smells good, must be the Incense, last time they did an example about the gravity thing that smokes I don't know but it was really cool watching it. The employee name Shaun, Very charismatic. It's a nice local place that we've gone to you for many years I can't believe I never did a review on it yet.
