My family has been shopping here since day 1 and haven't had a single bad experience with the staff here. The owner is in regularly and he is awesome! They have the biggest selection of smoking gear in OC and their pricing is on point! Yogi will have our business forever and that's a fact Jack!

The new guy who's got a problem with me for some reason (who looks like the meme in the other reviews) tried to scam me when I paid with my card by adding a fake tax and charging me way above the new California tobacco tax law, so I just called my bank and reported them for fraud and they immediately sent me the FULL amount back and said they would be looked into. Thanks for the free vape But nice try tho

one of the workers is super mean and often sabotages your item on purpose when he goes to grab it just because your friends with some dude hes beefing with theres also a scandal with them overcharging credit cards. i just wouldn't even bother wasting my time here anymore... go to dimension smoke shop. half of their items are literally half the price of a1. i even went back n forth to check on some items i had my eye on

They litteraly charge extra on your card. Under another “tax” however we asked them and they don’t charge a state and county tax and there tax is 12% which is 2.50$ this wasn’t an accident

The black dude working there charged me an extra tax out of spite And when i called on the phone he said its a "12% tax now which would be the $2.50 tax but theres still the other one. This wasnt a mistake bro has problems with my bf and many ppl that go there Gunna dispute this

the new black dude that just started working there has obviously never smoked, vaped or has done anything of the sort. when you ask him for a product he will rudely reply with " i dont know what that is" and I mean almost every product and if your buying dab shit good luck sitting there explaining every detail about what you need while taking attitude from him. going in there when hes working is just a dreadful awkward experience, you even gotta wait for him to get off the phone sometimes, one time I was there he was on the phone telling some girl he was gunna fly back this summer or some shit, I wasn't really paying attention Me and my friends usually just wait until he's not working when we need to buy something unless its really an emergency other than that this place is chill i wish their prices were a bit lower but they have even swapped broken vapes in the past before for free

This establishment has been a 5/5 stars since the first time I stepped through their doors in 2006.If you live in Lake Forest you have most likely been inside this shop at least once and I’m confident you’ve also had a great experience.

I came in here in a panic because my vape kept leaking. I had the best help from Trevor!! He fixed my vape and gave me the correct coil! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Trevor and I will only go here for now on!!!
