I agree with these reviews. When we lived in Lake Forest 10+ years ago I would take our cars to him for all servicing. Absolutely fair, honest, reliable, and super-nice guy. He even came to our house one morning in an emergency to jump start my wife's car and refused payment.

We took my car to R&S Auto Care 10 months ago to install caliper covers. We were WAY overcharged for 1 hour of work. Now two of the caliper covers have fallen off my brakes. I went in and asked if they would please put another caliper cover on to replace the one that had fallen off and they said they would charge me again for 1/4 of the price I had originally paid. The original price should have been 1/4 of what I paid to begin with. I should have done my research before bringing my car in to know I was being overcharged in the first place, that was my bad. They would not stand behind their work and would not help me replace what fell off. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend highly that you get estimates first before coming here. :(

I contacted this shop 24 hours prior for a quote on a Heater Core for my Camry. 24 hours later I brought/dragged my 2011 Toyota Camry to this shop because my power steering was acting up. My power steering issued was solved the next day and was cheaper to fix than I originally planned. I thought I would be around $1500 but this shop quoted me around $350. I was told that I had a hole in the hose that leaves the power steering reservoir and that pervious mechanics must have been messing with it because it was laying against the engine. Not only did they fix this issue, but I had a part that connected to my a/c fan unit that was not in its right place. I asked if they could take a look at it. They did and fixed a previous mechanic(the military ones from North Island Navy Base in San Diego, CA) screw ups and didn't charge me(even though I wanted to compensate them). Needless to say, I was very impressed and thankful. I will for sure bring my vehicle back to let them install the Heating Core that I still need to get taken care of. Thank you guys for the hard work!!!!

I had a neighbor who recommended R&S Auto Care based upon several Jaguars he has owned. I called a couple of days before bringing in my FPace to get my brakes and oil change done. They were quick and a great value. I would definitely recommend

The best independent mechanic in Orange County. My money light turned on. You know the worst feeling in the world. You down at your instrument cluster and there it is... the dreaded Check Engine light. Your stomach drops out, you moan loudly as you ponder if this will costs hundreds or thousands. It is the absolute worst. That is unless you have a trustworthy mechanic like the guys over at R & S Auto Care. I scanned my ODB port with my trusty FIXD sensor (only $20.00 people and could save you thousands from shady mechanics! ) and determined it was the radiator sensor. Then I asked around who the most reliable, trustworthy, and inexpensive mechanic in central OC was and 2 of 3 pointed me towards R & S Auto Care. I called Korosh and he fit me in the very next day. I pulled up as they were opening at 8am and he took my keys and advised me he would need a few hours to determine the issue and would then call me back with updates. By mid-morning he called to advise my FIXD application was 100% correct and then quoted me $218.00 for the fix. By 2pm he called to explain the repairs were complete and on budget. My automobile drives as it did the day I took delivery. Look, you can go to a mausoleum of a mechanics shop with gourmet coffee, wifi, and a flatscreen television or you can pay half for the exact same quality of service. I will take the latter. R & S Auto Care is my pick por vida.

Kourosh was very kind and patient. Jonathon and Saeed were helpful in answering any questions and providing top notch service. The price was very reasonable and they were quick.
