I wanted a cashback, got a 6 dollar chips and a 10 dollar cashback, thé person attending just took the 10 dollars out, and never gave them to me, I realized 2 minutes after getting out of the place, and went to claim them, she said that there was no cashback, now I have a 16 dollar transaction on my bank and only bought 6 dollar chips. Should get fired.

Extended breaks this 7-Eleven has a sign on the door that says it’ll be back in 30 minutes but doesn’t say what time that is so I return to this 7-Eleven 35 minutes later and they still haven’t come to the door and unlocked it. She has seen me out here both times and is still ignoring me now it’s been 45 minutes and no service. This is crazy

Place looks a bit run down and a bit dirty. Renovations should be a future plan for this location. I pass through here every once in a while to buy some paletas or energy drinks like today! Customer service is ok. The interaction was very minimum, picked my things, paid up, and i was on my way.

Every time there's a free slurpee on 7/11 this location is always so stingy and or can't handle the day. The slurpee machine had a sign on it stating "free slurpee ends at 4 p.m" The guy at the register said "all free slurpees at all locations ended at 4 p.m" This is simply not true because when I called another local 7-11 the a clerk said it's supposed to be an all day thing and that they were still serving free slurpees. I vaguely remember this same location having free slurpee issues a few years back, early in the day on 7/11. There's also a slice of pizza for a dollar with 7/11rewards yet the slices that were there looked like they had been sitting there since last night. If you're out of small cups etc then put up a sign saying "sorry out of small cups" instead of fibbing and saying "free slurpee at all locations ends at 4 p.m."

Went to buy and drink and lottery ticket.... was told no unless I paid cash for the lottery ticket. Told the lady CA allows the purchase of lotto with a card and Im using a ATM card as well. She rolled her eyes and told me I can use the ATM machine in the store to get cash.... feel like they are doing some type of scam here. First store to ever tell me cash only...

I try to stop by between 4 and 5 am and always closed. Lights on door locked. Knock on the door, no response. As I leave someone finally walks thru and does not make eye contact and goes straight to the backStill closed at 4:15. Sometimes they will unlock the door if you can get their attention, but today, they looked at me and pointed to the clock. No posted hours, and online shows that are open.

Very bad attitude from the new midnight hire, a guy, picking fights and accusing customers of bad attitudes for no reason. Solicitations and strange people hanging out in front of door. Also witness rage from a customer from a previous visit that's seems to about to get physical. Bad location. The previous midnight shift was much nicer. Will not visit this location again. Unacceptable experience.

Horrible customer service, I just came in to reload a prepaid card. I tell this old a** lady that I just want to reload my card, instead of just saying she doesn't know how to do it, she swipes my card once says it doesn't work and I need the app barcode. Lady I have never been to a location to reload money & they tell me I have to have the app. Train your d*** a** employees the right way

Horrible customer service, and unsanitary conditions. Not sure what else I would need to say in this particular review other than their 1 1/2 star rating appears to be a little generous. I love 7-Eleven, but this store Is bad for the trademark.
