If you’re in the market for a new BBQ island I highly recommend Wholesale BBQ in Loma Linda. From start to finish their service was absolutely fantastic! The care and attention to detail, their caring and understanding, George the sales man was amazing to work with and made our experience absolutely amazing!! they treated us like family from start to finish and delivered when promised on short notice. They are the very best and I’d shop there again and again. Their prices are the best and I shopped around for a while. I got the best deal for what I wanted and we are so very happy with our purchase. Thank you George and Alma you guys Rock!!!

I wanted to give a good review to this place but unfortunately I need to do what is fair. We bought an island from this place on April of this year. We paid $500 extra to get a double burner. When we got it we noticed the burner was not working but we just didn't need it at that moment so we just thought we can try another time because maybe it was too windy in our backyard. Long story short we tried several times and it never worked, they even sent one of their guys that install the island and they confirmed the side burner does not work and even though they changed it it would not work in our bbq island because it is natural gas and they sold us a propane without telling us that, even though they knew clearly that we needed natural gas. Lately I've been trying multiple times to talk with the owner Alma and ask her for help as well with Andrea and George from the store, No one has ever responded back to me and try to find a solution. I was very patient waiting since April. After 7 months I think it is fair to leave a review. So if you are thinking in buying a BBQ Island go somewhere else because if you encounter any issue they won't help you, they won't take responsibility and they will ignore you. Besides their product is expensive. I would NOT recommend this place.

We are really happy with our BBQ island/outdoor kitchen! George, for the most part, was really responsive and although it took a lot of back and forth to get the design exactly how we wanted, we finally arrived at our end goal. We were even able to go to the warehouse to do check-ins on the progress and take additional measurements to ensure all was good. From conception to the installation, the timeframe was relatively quick especially given the supply chain and labor delays in our current time. One minor complaint though... our sales guy did tell us with the amount we spent on our custom island/kitchen that the owner was running a current promotion and would be throwing in a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila upon final walkthrough... needless to say, we are still waiting for that to take place (2 months and counting). Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and our outdoor kitchen!

Two weeks ago my husband and I walked into Wholesale Bbq islands to check out their bbq's. We liked what we saw. We talked to George. George and the builder came to our house to get measurements. We went back into the store a week later and left a $1,000 deposit which George said needed to be done. Everything was wonderful until a couple days later when George was supposed to email us the blueprints. We waited and waited. My husband called him and he said we would get them that day. We waited and waited some more. Nothing. George wouldn't answer our calls or messages. My husband went down there to their store and talked to George & the store owner Alma. At that time George made himself scarce and Alma proceeded to do the blueprints. After several hours, my husband says she went to save them on her computer but then couldn't find the saved file again. These people are horrible. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to get your bbq. At this point I just want my money back. Awful experience!

If you want an awesome BBQ island and great deal you have to buy your BBQ island from George and Alma and crew. 1st class service the entire time George kept me updated on the process of when my island was being built, and also answered all of the questions that I had regarding the installation process. The installers were also awesome they did a fantastic job setting up my grill. It looks and works amazing! I can't say enough about this place I shopped around all of the BBQ shops that i could find in the IE and by far they were the best in price as well as quality, the even exceeded the install time of the grill to be 3 weeks instead of 5. If you need a grill Don't wast time and get over there and let George and team take care of all of your needs.

I would not recommend this location, walked in spoke to Britney and Vince they give me a price of $8750.00 which was not bad I went back few days later and purchased a bigger island for almost $12000.00 give deposit and sing contract . Vince text me with sketches of how the island is going to be and the next step was the 3D design.about 3 weeks later I got a phone call from the owner Eric that they won't be able to honer the price that we agreed too, apparently Britney didn't estimate the job correct and Eric was asking for $3000.00 more I got my deposit back and got a bigger and better island for less

Peoria location is horrible. They give you a time line then they have excuses why it's not ready. We ordered in January and supposed to be delivered end of March. Excuse after excuse. Finally got it installed last week and they had to come out a second day because all the wrong pieces were shipped out. The lack of communication from the store I'd terrible. We still are missing a piece as it is on back order and I had to hear that from the installer.

Wholesale BBQ Islands in Loma Linda, Ca, was great to work with. Brittney spent a lot of time with us and made sure we were happy with the deal. She even reached out to a concrete installer to get a slab poured right away when we were having issues. We will use this company in the future. Great friendly people!

I like my BBQ but the customer service is extremely lacking. I have had problems with my BBQ such as stucco cracking, tile not polished and it took forever to get fixed. now I have my grout cracking and I have contacted Jesus and he never follows up to take care of the problem. He also stated when we purchased the BBQ that we would get extra tile, stucco and grout. We didn't get any of that.
