The store itself is fine however the cashier Robert was outstandingly unprofessional. He was speaking rudely to several other workers while I was right there not only that but he also got impatient with me, making me feel like if I was stupid. I truly hope management reads this and does something about this employee because by him acting the way he did made this store location lose reputability from myself and my family that lives in Wildomar, Elsinore and Perris. Do something about Robert.

This is without a doubt the worst Walmart I have been to. The year and a half I've been shopping there I've been made to feel like a criminal the second I walked in the door. I work retail, I know the do's and don'ts of approaching a person. This Walmart crew crosses all lines.

I went into the Lake Elsinore Walmart and the Cashier Karin was very nice her customer service was excellent, although I was bothered by the Pregnant Hispanic female supervisor who was rude to her because Karin had to use the restroom and drink water and she asked the supervisor who I just described and was given an bad attitude. Karin looked a little ill and stressed so I bought her a bottle of water so she could feel better. Please take care of your Employees much better. Thank you Karin for your customer service.

A store is not a store without at least having a good customer service ?. Walmart, Lake Elsinore customer service is lacking in that area. I called to get the weekend hours around 7:15 a.m and the phone rang for over 3 mins. Then it stopped ringing for about 20 seconds and hung up. I called the Perris store and they picked up immediately. Customer service should be great! If not great, then try for good.

Unacceptable. Everything you want is locked up. This company is going down. It looks horrible. They think it's a great idea to put these spider web contraption devices on die-cast vehicles and lock up half of their inventory. They need to spend thousands of dollars on dvd and blu-ray case protectors for their inventory..spending more money on stuff than what they are trying to sell. Legos locked up...you can't even shop anymore conveniently. It's a joke. Walmart will be gone by 2035.
