This Walgreens never fails to never have your prescription done even if it was sent out the day before and the waiting time to be helped out is ridiculous.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to get my medication. I went to go pick them after my doctors appointment just for them to tell me I had to come back that afternoons, when I did so I only received 5/90 pills! They told me to come back that following Friday that I had enough for the week! I went back and even called this morning for them to still tell me. THEY DONT HAVE IT! Apparently shipment is 3 days late and they haven't received it but it should be in by 2. I know have to postpone my day yet again to go back for some pills they may possible have. This is so unprofessional and beyond frustrating. This pharmacy has not been reliable when it comes to my prescription and being under "there" care for over a month. I have had nothing but issue with them. They need to have better communication with patients.

The line here, drive through and walk in counter, is always ridiculously long and takes forever to move. They this store has one pharmacist filling prescriptions and doing medication information visits with patients and one or two (at most) other employees who seem to relish in conversing with each employees, as patients glare at them through the plexiglass. When they do finally address you they are extremely rude and impersonal. Why can't we have a 24 hour store closer to us than Menifee? Or at least have this location open earlier than 10AM on the weekends?! The last thing anybody wants to do when they or their young child wake up with an illness and needs medication is wait until 10AM or have to drive 9 miles away! I just don't understand why we can't have nice things. :(

Pharmacy is a waste of time they had me waiting for 3 hours or longer for medications in extreme pain. Don't come here to else where or be in pain and miserable with unprofessional people

Bad experience trying to get a COVID shot in the pharmacy dept. I've had previous shots at this site during the pandemic. Arrived for my 9am appt and was told they didn't have the vaccine. I was to come back at 11:30am and get my shot. So, I returned at 11:30am only to be told that my insurance was not accepted and there was not record of my previous shots!!! Not sure I have any other words to say other than "incompetent"!! Unbelievable!

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. You wait so long to get your prescriptions. You pull up expecting there to be a long line inside but there's no one there so it makes no sense to me.

The Pharmacy manger Eileen is very rude, never have I ever felt so disrespected and belittled in my life. Working in the medical field you should have compassion for your patients and customers. This is why people are so reluctant to seek help when facing mental health issues because people like Eileen make them feel ashamed to fill their medication. I work in the medical field and i would never dream of speaking to a patient in that way. You never know a persons struggles and you might just be their last hope for help. Please retrain this lady!

For one someone over there keeps putting other people's phone numbers under my account? And the head pharmacist does not think that it's a big deal except when I call to complain about it. Of course my complaint is the problem not the fact that her employees are entering the wrong information under the wrong account. I brought up HIPPA regulations being violated and she didn't like that very much. (Too Bad ) maybe some more training with the staff is in order?? Just a thought...The headpharmacist had to actually input my phone number in even though I have been going to that Walgreens for years. ???What is going on in that pharmacy???I might just go back to cvs.

Worst pharmacy of all Walgreens. They will take the longest time. Look to spend an hour here for 2 cars ahead of you. I have never once had a good experience here. Will never go here again.

I like this Walgreens due to it being on my way home. But this pharmacy lacks good help. There drive thru is horrible I've waited up to 40mins in line and I was the 3rd car. It's ridiculous the employees don't seem happy to work there either. I get a call my prescriptions are ready to pick up and only to get their and they are not ready it will be another 20mins. It's time to switch to another pharmacy.
